Can I give it negative stars? Staff is rude think bcs they drive a 2003 bmv and have a fake Rolex that they are God’s. Black guy there won’t help u if ur white. Go to the one on west 3rd of Gettysburg. Way better super nice and helpful. Also they aren’t racist.

They don't know how to talk to people with respect. They lie to their customers and give out mail in rebates that don't go thru, so you don't get the $60 they said you would get in 4-8 weeks. And the whole time I was there, they kept wanting me to buy something. It's all about the money there, and how much they can get out of each customer! I will never go to this store again. The customer service here is so horrible. It's truly sad!!!

The rep sold me a phone with very friendly and I actually got a good deal on a phone but they had a raffle later on that evening I didn't win anything but I would strongly suggest if you plan to be a part of a raffle don't do it because the people that handle the raffles show a lot of favoritism and they messed with the entries
