Maddy and Imani were fantastic. I went in having issues setting up new service at my home and they took the time to properly explain the charges and helped me setup my new account. Better experience then what I received through customer service.

Walked in to get a case and screen protectors for new iPhones since switching to AT&T. Imani, the only guy working, sat the whole time and directed me from his seat. I went to checkout and he pointed at cases that had been sitting on the counter since before I’d came in and asked if I was done with them, inferring me to go put them up. After he walked over and put the cases up instead of checking me out first he tried to tell me the AT&T supplied coupon wouldn’t be worth using instead of buy 2 get one on accessories. Had he not applied the coupon after insisting I would’ve paid almost double. After paying he handed me the merchandise and sat back down. No thank you, goodbye, nothing. I literally don’t write reviews but the kid was god awful.

I've been with at&t now for around 6 yrs and I love the service. Even better is the staff and the manager ,sean Anderson. Always very quick and very helpful. I have been only using sean for the past 3 to 4 yrs because he knows his stuff and how to treat his costumers better then anyone I have ever dealt with.. I even travel out of my way now because he moved to the Kettering store, which I dont mind at all as long as I get to deal with sean and his staff.great people great service!!
