Absolutely horrible! My wife is a heart transplant patient, HEART TRANSPLANT! She Absolutely needs her prescriptions as missing any would cause her to go into rejection, needing a new heart once again. Her prescriptions were sitting in process for five days and were never done. We went in and demanded them to be done and all they did for us was expedite them for the next day. Guess what. THEY WERE STILL NOT DONE! How the hell was something expedited a whole day and still not done? My wife is in so much pain due to missing specific meds when she needed them. Once we finally get her prescriptions we will definitely be switching to a different CVS. Zero stars if I could. They do not care about your medical condition or how badly you need your prescription.

This CVS location is run by incompetent people, first off they NEVER answer their phone, took me several days then someone finally picked up, then immediately put be on hold, never to get back to me, last month called took me a week to get thru, to have a prescription transfer in pharmacy, then found out the person I talked to never did the transfer...So, I had it with this CVS, and just decided to drive the distance to pick it up at the other location, because these employees just don't care ,don't pick up to answer their phone and will mess up your prescription...just the Worst Customer Service.

CVS overworks the pharmacy staff at every location. Not only is it bad for them, it's bad for customers. The workload is ridiculous for such small staffs. Hire more pharmacy techs.

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I had went to the Emergency room and had my prescription sent to this pharmacy I left the hospital came straight here to pick it up. They were closed at 6:00 PM which is very early whenever you have people that are needing medicines and depending on their medicine that has been sent to your pharmacy that I cannot access. So this morning I woke up and had to make another trip to this pharmacy it was a priority first thing this morning . The window says the pharmacy opens at 10 am Ive been here since 9 am waiting at the pickup window continues to wait they never opened the window even whenever I repeatedly hit the call button at 10:05. Then finally I made the decision to go inside and see what is going on and ask them why is the window not open at 10 o’clock when it is supposed to be and thats the time posted that you open. The woman’s response was we just now got here and haven’t got the chance to and just being very rude instead of trying to defuse the situation or open the window. That is your job if you say open up a certain time you should be open there’s no reason why you have the inside of the pharmacy open your not opening up the window and giving the people access that they need that is your job to Provide especially when you have people waiting. This picture was taken at 10:16 as you can see the window is still not open for service some people may not feel comfortable going into drugstores and such when they aren’t feeling good and taking a risk with Covid and everything . Its crazy now that I look at the reviews on this place it’s pretty ridiculous they have more then double the amount of 1 star experience then they do of all the other stars. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. If it was an option I would happily give them 0 stars and I will be going to rite aid from here on out!! I don’t usually write reviews this is my first one ever but very well worth it.

Can't give a zero star review or I would. I had 2 prescriptions called in yesterday and dropped one off. All around 4 pm. None of the prescriptions are ready almost 24 hrs later. If I didn't need them they would not have been prescribed. I waited 10-15 minutes to drop off the one prescription, was told it would be ready in 2 hrs. Called to check on them all today and was on hold for 25 mins before I hung up. Called back later and was on hold another 20 minutes. This CVS is a joke. All they do is complain that they are short handed. Can't blame that on COVID, it has been like this for years.

This place by far is the worst customer service and offers no help. They are extremely rude. They hung up on my wife earlier today . I've had issues for a few months with there attitudes specially when they speak to my wife. Today i got my meds called in at one fifty nine . I called them to see when they'll be done. I called at two forty and they say two more hours ! This medicine is a medicine i need or I have to go to the Emergency room. After I waite two hours more and pick up my medicine I am switching pharmacy. They get mad when you call. They say they are busy and will hang up. I feel like there purposely making me waite that long becuase my wife made them up set by calling. There's no way that I can find a way to go above them and let the right people know how there treating there customer's. Almost three hours for one refill. They get so rude to the point you don't want to call back cause there mean to you.

pharmacist I talked to a year ago acted same. I do not use the pharmacy, use Rite Aid across the street. 12/11 young man not wearing a mask, said he had breathing difficulty however he had enough air 2 yell & walked rapidly thru the store. Clerks asked him to put on a mask & he replied w.more "hard to breathe baloney" But what infuriated me was that he stormed up to the counter asking for info about other things nearby & I felt they shouldn't have engaged in conversation but asked him to leave. He took their time & didn't care about contaminating. I'm 73 & the other 3 customers were 65+. My senior apt bldg is 3 blocks away & a lot of their customers are senior. I'm not going back & spending $$ there if they aren't going to respect me.

TERRIBLE PHARMACY SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! The pharmacy techs are all mostly rude and mouthy. I've been coming here for 4 years now and I'm ready to switch back to Kroger. They either need more help, more communication, or more training on customer service. Also, waiting on hold for 47 minutes is unacceptable and then told we don't answer the phone when there are 2 of us back here. Ummmm, I'm sorry that's terrible customer service. I know if I treated my customers this way, I would not have a job.
