Best vitamin and supplements store in Dayton, Ohio (OH) 2024

The actual pharmacists are always very helpful. And if you're lucky enough to get one of the couple helpful staff members, then you're good. But I just talked to someone on the phone and she was extremely short with me and told me that if I can't read the bottle then I'll need to come in and get help. Like......the information I was looking for was ripped off the bottle when it was labeled. Half the label was torn and taped by the pharmacy. That's their fault not mine. And I have been waiting for over 2 weeks on a refill for a different medication. Tried to fill 3 times now. And they STILL don't have it. I don't want to change pharmacies because this is convenient and we fill a ton of medications with them = they make a lot of $ from us. But continually having bad service when you have a question or more than 1 medication you're trying to fill is not acceptable. Trying times are hard on everyone. I get it. But it takes no extra effort to treat people kindly. ~Emily

Absolutely horrible! My wife is a heart transplant patient, HEART TRANSPLANT! She Absolutely needs her prescriptions as missing any would cause her to go into rejection, needing a new heart once again. Her prescriptions were sitting in process for five days and were never done. We went in and demanded them to be done and all they did for us was expedite them for the next day. Guess what. THEY WERE STILL NOT DONE! How the hell was something expedited a whole day and still not done? My wife is in so much pain due to missing specific meds when she needed them. Once we finally get her prescriptions we will definitely be switching to a different CVS. Zero stars if I could. They do not care about your medical condition or how badly you need your prescription. ~Brent
