This is a very well-run pharmacy from what I can tell. They have a system with text messaging for prescription refills, and it works real well. All business but they all walk around with smiles. I think everything goes quite smoothly here, I enjoy being their customer!

The actual pharmacists are always very helpful. And if you're lucky enough to get one of the couple helpful staff members, then you're good. But I just talked to someone on the phone and she was extremely short with me and told me that if I can't read the bottle then I'll need to come in and get help. Like......the information I was looking for was ripped off the bottle when it was labeled. Half the label was torn and taped by the pharmacy. That's their fault not mine. And I have been waiting for over 2 weeks on a refill for a different medication. Tried to fill 3 times now. And they STILL don't have it. I don't want to change pharmacies because this is convenient and we fill a ton of medications with them = they make a lot of $ from us. But continually having bad service when you have a question or more than 1 medication you're trying to fill is not acceptable. Trying times are hard on everyone. I get it. But it takes no extra effort to treat people kindly.

Allison helped me with the MANY prescriptions I had to refill. She was pleasant and answered my questions. Great service. Jenna has been helpful as well and their pick up service while staying in your car is wonderful! Their pharmacist spent a lot of time helping me with allergy and cough medication that could be taken with the prescription medication I am on. Great team! Only problem I had was with the computer not letting me send my requests through it. Nothing they could do about that, but I think Allison was faster anyway. Now it's so easy to get refills and as an added bonus you avoid the lines, which can be long, and having to wait to talk to the pharmacist every time.

Have to wait over an hour for a prescription? Way too long to wait.

Why in the world is Walmart instructing their workers to call people "honey" especially after the customer just told the Walmart employee their name? Honey, Sweetie, Baby, etc are used as terms of endearment, words of flirtation or how you address a child. I know the employees are educated and any educated person would know addressing an adult in this way is disrepectful in many cultures and work settings. I have noticed many times men are called 'Sir' but women are called Sweetie or Honey. Ask yourself, would you call the CEO or the bosses at Walmart by the name of sweetie, honey or baby? If the answer is 'no' then ask yourself why you wouldn't use that term. Your answer should apply to your customers as well.
