Staff is always friendly with me. No long waits in line. Sometimes they're short staffed and I know they are doing the best they can do. I walk to this location and they always double bag my stuff if I get something heavy. Glad it's such a convenient store.

The manager at this location is very un professional I had coupons that were from your company and he/she looked right at me and said that it was fake not that it looked fake but was fake I went to this particular Walgreens cause they had such item I was looking for that I had a coupon for and in these economical times we are trying to save every penny I will never return to this store again

Pharmacy and service at this location are just horrible! Tried them for 1 year because we just moved here. I am never going back. If their goal is to alinate customers, they are winning! 😟😰 Worst service I have ever experienced!

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was at the pharmacy to get a vaccine and was treated so unkindly. Not only did I feel like an inconvenience by the condescending words of the staff, but the man rolled his eyes when I asked a simple question, huffed, and walked away instead of answering. I made a comment to another staff member about how it seemed like I somehow made him upset, and she explained they’re just overwhelmed and understaffed. I’ve worked retail—I am patient and understanding—and his actions were inexcusable, but I know she was trying her best to resolve the tension. Glad I got the vaccine, but wow, I will never return to this location for anything.

Absolute waste of time - avoid this location. Pharmacy takes a week to fill a single prescription, and that’s after hours of back and forth, waiting in line and on hold.

Staff seem untrained, and do not know what they are doing. Attempted to get a COVID-19 booster shot here. I had an appointment and got in line right at the scheduled time to check in, there was one person in line ahead of me. 20 minutes later that person Infront of me was still not checked in successfully. Employee working seemed very confused and did not know how to work their systems. I ended up deciding to cancel and reschedule elsewhere.

Oct. 19 2021: Waited 20 minutes after scheduled appointment time to get my Covid19 vaccination. Got there 15 minutes early with completed paperwork in hand, completed check-in at window prior to my appointment time. Then stood around for 20 minutes before being called for the shot. Person administering vaccines spent a lot of her time filling prescriptions at drive-through window while I waited. Same thing happened to my wife, who also had an appointment. Save your time. Find a different place to get your Covid19 shot.

I hardly ever write bad reviews, but the customer service I received on 12/13 was abhorrent. I can normally deal with “grumpy old men” but whoever was working today that fits that description was incredibly rude. Before I could get a word in edgewise, he said “You’re gonna have to go to the other one, I’m closing” and walked off. I utilize the pharmacy at this location and have never had any problems there, but will not be patronizing this Walgreens retail again. Avoid at all costs.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! DON’T EVEN TRY CALLING TO DISCUSS A PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE. I dropped off two prescriptions and gave the clerk my new insurance card and was told they would be ready in a hour. I went back to work and received a text message from Walgreens stating my insurance was not active (they obviously used my old inactive insurance card). I tried to call them to double check the insurance card number they were using. Was on hold 26 minutes and then someone picked up and hung up the phone. Never got to talk with a human. I called the store back in hopes of getting some assistance and was transferred to a “manager” . The phone rang for 5 minutes then the line went dead. We drove back to Walgreens to discuss this mess and the clerk said “Insurance wasn’t paying for the prescriptions”. We gave her the new insurance card AGAIN and she said we needed to talk with the pharmacist (who never came to talk to us). The clerk came back and said our prescriptions would be ready I’m 20 minutes. She obviously realized they used my old insurance card. So now we wait........ NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!
