Absolutely ridiculous 💯 They will tell you, you're good on your plan & give you a due date & then all of a sudden your service gets shut off. Why tell a customer they are good, then their service gets shut off. Go to cricket. I haven't had any problems with them like T-Mobile.

All staff very helpful especially will.i didn't know really what I needed and they were so helpful . I can't recommend them enough. Everyone in store was cheerful to. Next day I went back and they helped me enter phone numbers into phone. Thank you for being so kind to a older customer. Will you as great!

Former Sprint customer who misses Sprint’s service and network. In late 2020, I visited this location upon learning my phone’s lease was at end so I came in to pay it off. The sales rep at the time said I could spread out the payoff over six months at zero interest so I accepted. Fast forward to last week and I go in to ensure the phone is paid off. Turns out, it’s not - the sales rep at the time just put a credit on my account to make the payment look accurate, but the phone actually isn’t being paid off, and I need to pay another $200 to get it paid off. I explained to the sales rep in February 2021 that “if I make this payment, T-Mobile will lose me a customer permanently.” He simply replied there was nothing he could do. Their loss. This is the second time I’ve dumped T-Mobile. Constant dropped calls, poor data throughput, and a bunch of amateurs working at the store. Your sales department needs some serious training on how to not let money walk out the door.
