I'm so glad I stopped into Verizon today. My device was no longer working and I needed to get in touch with my customers. Dakota was able to upgrade to phone to a better version along with a Galaxy Watch that I have been thinking about getting and he was able to explain to me the benefits of having a smart watch. Glad I stopped at this location, couldn't ask for better customer service

Initially Dakota was incredibly helpful and patient. Very satisfied with the service and support that we received however...several charges changed after the fact: 1) We purchased two phones. We were charged $100 more than what we were quoted 2) We were quoted an additional $5.00 per month for an additional line for an IPad. When we reviewed the final agreement we were hit with an additional $10.00 fee. 3) The Senior Discount of $25.00 per month that was promised by Dakota at the store level was not honored by Verizon’s Corporate Office. We don’t feel as though the entire transaction was above board and that we were taken advantage of.

The staff is most helpful at this store. I had turned voice activation on my phone and the phone wouldn't let me turn it off....it just kept talking to me!! The staff member worked and worked to fix the problem and was able to finally get it fix . She was most kind and so helpful!!

I never had a worst experience paying my bill than I did last week at the far hills location. The two employees working on Saturday were rude and not professional. The girl was snotty and didn't know what she was doing (again) I was only there to pay my bill I was in there for 45 min. From now on I will be paying my bill online. SMH

Zero stars if I could. I went in to trade in my old iPhone and get a new one. I paid for my new phone out right and left them my old phone for the trade in. It took 2 hrs just to get through this process. I received a call from the store later that day saying they didn’t realize that in order to get the trade in value I have to put my new phone on a payment plan and could not pay out right. They told me I only had 48 hrs to come back in to “fix their problem”. I took off work the next afternoon to deal with their mistake and spent another 3.5 hrs in the store for them to try to figure out how to do a refund and then set it up for monthly payments instead. In the process they factory reset my phone so I had to upload what data I did have stored on the cloud. In the end they also ended up shorting me on my refund $123. I refuse to go back in that store to even bother trying to get my money back. I’ve already wasted 5.5 hrs there just to get a phone. They clearly don’t realize that peoples time is valuable. They didn’t even offer to credit me anything for the inconvenience. Next time I’ll go to Apple store and my new phone will be transferred seamlessly in 15 minutes.
