My front brakes were missing a bolt, and Molly and Anthony fixed it within five minutes. They were very kind and answered our questions, and overall very good service!

I went there just today to get my brakes fixed, when I called I was told it would be about 4 days till my bike would be ready. The moment I went into the store Molly was very attentive and just fixed them right then and there! She even filled my tires with air!! She’s was very sweet and kind! She really made my day! I hope everyone gets a chance to meet her she’s awesome!

I have been searching around for a bike far and wide throughout my stretch of Northeastern Ohio, from the “why am I doing this” frigid days of winter, to the thawed out early days of spring. Certainly a more ideal time to be perched atop a sweet ride. And sweet it is. I drove down to Kent after speaking with Molly, and hearing about the two bikes they had left (that fit my criteria)—I drove back with one of them. I was warmly greeted in the shop, and almost immediately upon entrance, I was back outside testing each of the two bikes. Shortly after, one of them was mine. From the ease of purchase and non-jargon-y rundown of the bikes specs—to the helpful lift of getting my new bike in the car, I greatly appreciated my experience at Kent Cycle. Maybe when I come down for a tuneup I’ll ditch the car and roll in the same way I rolled out. Thanks for everything!

Stopped in today to pick up a box so I can ship a large item. UPS in Kent recommended them when their store didn't have what I was looking for. Was very pleased with friendly staff and free box and will definitely be back!

Took a Schwinn mountain bike in because the rear wheel was locked up. Stefan put it up on a lift and knew instantly what the problem was. Had to replace the rear wheel but I expected that. He had the new wheel on and adjusted everything from the brakes to the derailleur and I was on my way in about 30 minutes and the service was very reasonable in my opinion. Highly recommend this shop if you have any problems at all.

Just got racks, fenders and lights here. Great local shop that isn't a chain! Oh yeah, got a chain there too. Good mechanics pressed in my headset in minutes and they found me some great parts for my bike. would recommend this shop to anyone. They even have some nice classics for sale and a few just to drool over. Racks and parts still working and looking great years later. Thanks again

Best bike shop I've ever been to. I'm not from Kent, but I'd consider this my home shop now. Family owned, the service is always great and the prices are fair. I've never met a bunch of more helpful, bike loving people. I'll be buying my next bike here for sure.
