This game stop is right by my house and super convenient to run to since our home is a “gamer” household. Typically friendly staff that is very helpful. The last time I was in there the person that cashed us out was arrogant, snappy, and rude. I believe his name was Adam. I haven’t been back to the store since and instead drive 20 mins away to go to a different one.

Took my son to use his bday gift card to get a new controller. Box on wall clearly has a sticker price of $59.99. Box in Eli, the cashier’s hand clearly has a sticker price of $59.99. My son picked this controller because he had $65. When it is rung up, it shows $69.99. Eli states the stickers must be wrong. Said he could NOT give it to me for the sticker price if that’s what it scans at in the computer. EXCUSE ME?! Two boxes have the same price and he straight up refused to honor it. I said I would wait to talk to a manager tomorrow, to which he responded he is a manager and cannot change what the computer scans it as. Thanks for the great customer service game stop. Not that the money I will no longer spend here will matter in the grand scheme of things, but that is really just wrong.

I recently purchased 2 of the Gamestop Black Friday Funko Marvel Gamer Mystery boxes and one of them was a Groot Chase. So I went back in to try my luck again. All in all I ended up purchasing a total of 8 mystery boxes & 4 of the 8 were chases. Best odds I've EVER seen!!!!!

Good selection. Don’t expect to get rich selling old games here but if your in the market to buy pre owned I have never had any issues with their products.

Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are steep like any exchange place for newer used games. There is no exchanges that I am aware of that give you decent money for equipment or software so stick to buying the used items and us avoid trading anything in.

Worst place ever to shop or try and return/ exchange something! Had a Xbox controller I bought 33days ago and it quit working so I took it back and the guy working there said he could only give me store credit and I would only loose like $5! Sounds great I spent $65 with tax on it so I can get another one for $10 no big deal! That's where I was wrong! They gave me trade in value witch was less then $25 so I left with a gift card for less then $20! Wow thanks what a rip off! Well they have officially lost a customer for life and I'll make sure I tell everyone I know this story to so they can also not shop there as well! I think the best part of all is when the guy said " I don't make the rules I just work here" classic!

I bought a couple of used games here for very cheap. They have a good selection of new and preowned games. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable and helped me decide if a game was worth buying or not.

Bought a used game from this store . Was on the shelf but not behind the registers. So thy orders it from a different store to be shipped to my house. Took 17 day to arrive and on putting it into my system it would not read. Took it to the store and asked for a refund, where I was informed that thy don't give money back after 7 days. last $ I will spend at any Game Stop. Manager was not willing to see the dilemma and only give me store credit.

I called looking for the new Legend of Zelda game after other stores told me they didn't have it, and they told me they had plenty of copies. Before driving there, I called again just to be sure, and they would not answer. I tried for an hour to get a hold of them and they would not answer. I had someone else call from a different number, and they answered immediately and told her they didn't have the game. It sure looks like they were deliberately ignoring calls from my number. I've wasted a big part of my day chasing this game because of them. Very unhappy, and will probably just order this from Amazon.
