Not a bad gamestop, not a great gamestop..... the New Boston/Portsmouth Ohio gamestop is much much better.....

Update: GameStop customer service advises that anyone who desires a family friendly environment should visit other GameStop locations. This store used to be a nice place to take children. Now, they will freely drop "f bombs" repeatedly and any other words they choose; even with kids standing right next to them. This wasn't a one time occurrence either. So, if you are a parent and don't want your child exposed to some fairly aggressive language, avoid this location.

Went to purchase a pre-owned game that was clearly marked $19.99, was told the total was $43 and some change. I said it is marked $19.99 and was told " We can't honor that price " Excuse me Gamestop but that is clearly your marked price on this item and any other business in the universe would honor their own ticketed price! Will not return to your store nor will I recommend you to anyone!

Went in to purchase an Xbox about 40minutes before close. Was immediately told to hurry by the rude kid behind the counter. After looking around briefly I asked her a couple questions about pricing and was met with a rude attitude. Until this point I was prepared to spend whatever, but because of the poor customer service behind the counter I did not spend $399 plus tax on a Xbox. I went to Walmart and spent $299 for the same Xbox and a camo cordless controller for under what GameStop wanted for the Xbox alone.

Due to the failure of them holding an item for another employee, I walked to the counter with a $50 pop Funko and was told I could not get the item because it was being held, even though it was on the show floor. I was asked if I wanted to get one from online instead. If I wanted to do that, I would have done so prior to visit or with other business. I'm normally not one to complain, but this was infuriating to me. I'm being told that I couldn't purchase an item because you failed to take said item off show floor. Why couldn't the other employee order it offline? I don't particularly have issues when I come in here, but I can say in response to the cashier "I will not have a good day" :(

Always randomly closed, never answers the phone, goes on breaks all the time and locks the door, same day delivery always gets canceled, puts out a sign that says be back at a certain time (always 30-45 mins later than what time they say they will be back. I would give a 0 star review if that was possible. This is a terrible location, which is unacceptable considering this location isn’t very old

Everytime I go in the store they always act like I'm bothering them just walking in. If you have a trade you get yelled at before hitting the register saying they can't trades that day ( their machine is down or not enough money in safe). Very rude, not professional at all in person or on the phone.

Claims to be open at 11 on sundays, i’ve watched multiple customers try to go in and the doors are locked and the time i’m writing this review is currently 11:30
