What a fantastic shop full of great people. I had been looking at and researching Ebikes for a while now and decided to check out Blimp City Bikes to see what they had. All their employees were super knowledgeable and friendly and the shop just had a good local family owned shop feel. I had a lot of questions and doubts about which bike would suit me best and what I’d be getting and they answered them all and made me feel much more confident about my purchase. I ended up buying a Bikonit HD 750 and WOW, what a fun bike! They offer free tune ups for a year with a purchase of a bike and 10% off accessories for a year with a purchase of a bike. They have a lot of quality bikes and seem very easy to work with through issues with the bikes. Overall though the best part about the experience at Blimp City was the people there. I didn’t feel like I walked in to a car dealership which is what some bike shops I’ve been in to feel like. Where the sales people swarm you and have an arrogance about them because they know more about bikes than you, but not at Blimp City. So happy to have bought a bike locally and to have found such a great bike shop so close to home. (I live right up the road). This will for sure be my new permanent go-to bike shop. Had a great experience at Blimp City Bike & Hike. Mike was very helpful and spent two hours helping my girlfriend (who was very apprehensive about riding an e-bike) find the right fit for her. The selection at this small shop is second to none. If you're looking for a quality bike with great customer service Blimp City Bike & Hike is a great place to start.

They have a great selection and the staff is super friendly! No uppity bike shop vibes here. I stopped in just to grab a water bottle last minute and they let me fill it up and pumped up my tires. Will be back!

Blimp City Bike and Hike I’m a first time trike buyer. At Blimp City Bike and Hike, you can’t ask for a better bike, buying experience!!! Mike, Andy and the entire staff are true professionals in every aspect. They are knowledgeable, kind and will answer every question you have about your new bike. They took the time to professionally measure and fit me into my trike with precision. Originally, I had my mind made up about a particular trike. By working together and listening to my health concerns, I switched gears (bike joke) and chose another model better suited me. Seamlessly, both Mike and Andy transitioned with me. I added some accessories to my new trike and received 10% off on every accessory I purchased. I’m a careful, comparison shopper and thoroughly research EVERYTHING. There’s no need to research. For my trike purchase and the added accessories, Amazon, Facebook, eBay or any other bike shop can compete with these guys. In fact, the iPhone bag/mount was ordered, but it didn’t arrive in time for my pickup. Andy is going to drive 25 minutes to my home and install them on my trike. Who does something like this? Answer: Blimp City Bike and Hike does. Their customer service is outstanding!!!! Honestly, I was totally blow away by EVERYTHING Blimp City Bike and Hike had to offer!!! Purchased: Trident Terrain 26” Fat Tire Model plus accessories.

After years of buying bike accessories and parts from these guys, I was finally able to buy this bike from them in early spring pre-pandemic. Well over 1,000 miles later, I could not be happier with the fit, finish and comfort of my bike. Mike has always been patient and friendly with us. Andy has been a wizard of a mechanic. I got my bike from Blimp City and couldn't be happier! After the purchase, I went back for a bike rack and Michael, the owner, meticulously took the time to ensure the right rack for my vehicle. They were extremely busy but he took the time to explain everything to me about bike rack safety as he placed the rack on my vehicle. All the employees are TOP NOTCH! What a great shop!

Very satisfied with our experience there. We came in looking for a specific bike from their website, which understandably had a wait list given the shortages. Not only did they go out of their way to make sure the bike was available by calling their wait list while we were in the store, but also assembled it from the box in 30 minutes for us to take home that day. Super personable and attentive owner and staff that definitely deserve your business!

I stopped in for a minor adjustment while passing by on the towpath trail, saw that they were super busy with other customers and said don’t worry about it - they went out of their way to assist me and Josh (?) kindly and patiently helped me with my issue. Everyone there was so happy to help. Outstanding customer service! It’s experiences like this that help reaffirm my faith in humanity.
