Eddy’s Bike Shop proved to be an excellent choice to purchase my new Trek. After placing my order, the Trek Powerfly 4 was assembled quickly and prepared for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my new bike, Steve guided me through purchasing the best accessories for my riding style. Then Zack walked me through the bike’s operation. Both were professional and knowledgeable. A was a very positive experience!

I was completely clueless about what I needed and the staff was super helpful. They didn't try to take advantage and oversell me due to my ignorance (in fact I walked out with one of the most affordable bikes they have), they made sure the bike was all tuned up, and helped me install my car rack. I'm incredibly happy with both the bike and the service I got. I'll recommend Eddy's to anyone I know who is looking for a bike.

Purchased a Trek e-caliber 9.6 mountain bike. My sales associate was George. He answered all my questions, did not rush me and helped me pick the right bike for my style. He even came on his day off for my delivery. My 4 star is because of the following: The store had a "take it or leave it" attitude on the purchase of the bike because of the pandemic shortage. As a customer you like to feel your purchase is appreciated and there's room for negotiation, not so. I purchased several accessories (10% discount) with my bike and learned upon taking delivery of the bike that it had no pedals!? I had to buy them. Come on! this should be included at the price point for this bike. The reply was it was normal for upper quality mountain bikes. It's like buying a car without a transmission. Trek Inc. and/or Eddys Bike Shop take note and correct this unpleasant situation.

Large selection of bikes from Specialized and Trek as well as other mid-to-high-end brands. Plenty of accessories. I purchased a Specialized back in 2020 just before the Pandemic emptied the inventory. They were knowledgeable, friendly and never once talked down to a noob like me. Eddie's got me set up with all the basics and I was out riding that day. Definitely worth a visit for bikers of all levels.

Quality products and excellent service. Sales team takes time with each customer to.answer questions, try out products, etc. No pressure to buy. Wonderful bike services - bike was assembled, water bottle holder and kickstand put on and you are welcomed back anytime for adjustments. Kind, knowledgeable staff!

I just purchased my third bike from Eddy's. This was a Specialized Sirrus X. As soon as I entered the Stow location, I was asked if I could be helped. I was helped by Chris, the store manager. He took the time to fit the bike to me. Explained what support is available to me after purchase. All in all time well spent.

My husband and I live about two hours away from the Eddy’s Bike Shop in Stow Ohio. We went there because they had the small frame 29’s Specialized brand bikes that we had been looking for. The customer service was truly exceptional, from the sales people as well as the mechanics. Our salesman was Tom and he explained everything thoroughly and was extremely accommodating. The shop is very well stocked, both with bikes as well as accessories. Buying our bikes here was a fantastic experience!

After waiting a year for the bike I wanted to become available locally, I decided to look elsewhere. I am sure glad I did. Drove two hours to find plenty of stock and the exact bike and size I had been waiting for. From the moment I walked in the experience and service was excellent.
