My husband and I live about two hours away from the Eddy’s Bike Shop in Stow Ohio. We went there because they had the small frame 29’s Specialized brand bikes that we had been looking for. The customer service was truly exceptional, from the sales people as well as the mechanics. Our salesman was Tom and he explained everything thoroughly and was extremely accommodating. The shop is very well stocked, both with bikes as well as accessories. Buying our bikes here was a fantastic experience! ~Judith

The first time we ordered online. The delivery lady was very nice and friendly. The fruit basket was very lovely. All the fruits were coated with chocolate and they were very tasty. We did find a little green worm in the kale inside the bucket though. The next time we went to the store and ordered three cups of smoothies. They were all very fresh and tasty. I just wish the lady could wear gloves when she cut the fruits with her long nails and put them in their blender. ~Amy

Corey was truly helpful in all he did for us today, while we were transferring over to Verizon from T mobile. He took his time even though we ran into a few serious issues but with patience and time everything was corrected and went well. So thank you Corey! ~Jeffrey

So I arrived at the store at 8:45 pm. No one was anywhere in the store. I figured maybe an employee was using the bathroom so I waited. After about ten minutes I knocked on the back door because it was awkward standing alone in the store. The assistant store lead (has pink hair) walked out Phone in hand finishing a text. When I told her I was there to try to sell my phone she let me know that "It is five minutes until close I don't have time for that." I let her know how long I have been there and she gave me the customer service equivalent of telling me too bad. Now I'm a pretty laid back guy but come on guys. I won't be coming back. If this is how your store leadership is you can understand why. Worst experience in all the worst ways. ~Louie

BEST PIZZA AND COMPANY EVER AND THEY BAVE GLUTEN FREE EVERYTHING! All the employees are so nice and care for their customers! We went in yesterday with a bunch of gluten free food! They went over and beyond! They have gluten free pizza, chicken, jo-jos, pasta, cookies, subs, cannoli’s and much more!!! Best gluten free pizza place ever! And their regular pizza is amazing! Ashley did an absolute amazing job laminating my brows, and getting them back in tip top shape! The entire process was explained at each step and my aftercare instructions were explained thoroughly to me so I can keep my brows looking as amazing as they do now. It's a good place to shop. It's smaller than Target store in Chapel Hill Malls though. The dollar section is nice but only a few options and they have limited groceries too. I wish they can increase these two areas. The other departments have more options. I like their art supplies. Prices are usually lower than the Giant Eagle or Meijer nearby. Online pickup is fast. Check-out lines sometimes can get very long depending on the time. Staff members are friendly overall. Store is clean but some items get messed up occasionally. I feel most of the time they are more organized than the Kohls next door. ~Amy
