Good target location, would recommend. Had to pick up furniture, and the staff were nice and quick to help me load it into my car. Update: Tech is good too, with good deals and friendly workers. Only negative is that some employees are a bit rude and also can get very busy at certain days.

Unpleasant retail experience. Limited stock, bizarre store layout, horrible loud music. RedCard transaction failed to process, the clerk said the current tech doesn’t support the Target branded card. Why would anyone shop here?

He everyone! Target is not my go to store, but I might have to reconsider. I just had a wonderful experience at Target in Kent. I have one in Akron but they had what I needed. Some of the most friendliest staff I’ve interacted with. I was highly impressed. They greeted me with a smile and went to get my items. I was expecting to wait, but before I got comfortable, my item was being handed to me. Kudos to all the employees and management. It was a great experience!

I overall enjoy shopping at Target. However the lack of available shopping carts and baskets at the Stow location shortened my shopping experience significantly.

This location went down hill after covid and their renovation. The renovation made the beauty section hard to find anything. The worst thing.. they added loud, horrible music to your usual quiet shopping experience. WHY TARGET?

Went to pick an order up and had to wait 2HOURS for them to go grab it even though I already had the item and was at checkout. I've never witnessed anything so absurd in my life! It's ridiculous and pointless. It's a total waste of everyone's time.

Really suboptimal price matching offer. You match everything on your own and realize some great savings, but then at checkout they want to verify with their own app that isn’t even updated so many of your items claim they’re not available. Frustrating. Their pickup system has taken up over half the decent parking in their lot. I feel bad for customers with mobility issues that don’t have handicap placards now that they have to walk to enjoy the immersive in-store experience.

It's a good place to shop. It's smaller than Target store in Chapel Hill Malls though. The dollar section is nice but only a few options and they have limited groceries too. I wish they can increase these two areas. The other departments have more options. I like their art supplies. Prices are usually lower than the Giant Eagle or Meijer nearby. Online pickup is fast. Check-out lines sometimes can get very long depending on the time. Staff members are friendly overall. Store is clean but some items get messed up occasionally. I feel most of the time they are more organized than the Kohls next door.
