Worst experience there is. Go somewhere else! Hours are wrong, no one answers the phone. I had an upgrade with no cost for the new iPhone. Paperwork needed to be submitted and I was told it would clear off my bill. Here I am 3 months later, I have paid over $100 for the device that was supposed to be covered in the upgrade, per Ben. And my statement shows I still owe over $700 for the “free upgrade” device. This is the worst issue of many in my experience going to this location.

Hours of the store were wrong. Ordered an Iphone for curbside pickup on a Friday & the hours said they were open. Drove 40 mins and they were closed so I had to wait all weekend then they emailed me Monday saying it was ready for pickup but hours said the store was still closed and nobody answered the phone. Had to call Customer service to get them to call the store to get any help. I finally go to get my phone and they just handed the box to me. no bag. & the box was scratched up. This location is terrible

I had been thinking about upgrading my phone for a while. I stopped by Russell Cellular. Chelsea was my salesperson. She was great! She was very pleasant and patient. Chelsea answered my MANY questions (sometimes more than once 😊). I would definitely go back.

Due to recent changes at work I had to upgrade from my flip phone to a "smart" phone. After visiting 3 different Verizon stores and getting 3 different sales pitches, I found Dak at Russell Cellular to be most helpful. He patiently listened to all my many questions and was very helpful in setting me up with a phone and plan that fit my needs - not necessarily the most expensive but what fit my needs. I am very grateful!

I cannot say enough about this Verizon location. I worked with Kate McNamara, the store manager, to transfer lines and start a business account and she was excellent. She spent so much time helping me and was always polite, kind, so knowledgeable, patient and answered every question and concern I had. Due to the pandemic, the Verizon near me was closed, however, I will be driving to this location anytime I need something. It’s worth it.
