U go through HELL if u want to disconnect line. Staff telling me to contact support to end my line. Support telling me to go to the staff to end my line. Staff AGAIN telling me to contact support to end my line. Its a headache! Its taking days for me to leave this service

I should have looked at all the bad reviews first before going there.The young lady was really rude.I will never go to this location again.Went there to pick up my phone.And she showed me some code that tmobile was supposed to send to them.Like it was my issue.Send my phone back because of them.And she told me that I would have to reorder the phone.What a waste of time and gas.I was really upset and she's didn't care.

Horrible customer service I waited in the store for almost 35 minutes not one "hi or will be right with you" they spent a lot of time behind the counter talking and laughing not paying attention to customers.

Please in my opinion when you have other people that . Are hard of hearing their are to be a way they. Can pay their bill when they are inside a T-mobile store. It make you feel uncomfortable. I didn't have a good experience in one of your store today. Had to tell that l am hard of hearing. And that l have to read lips to understand them.

This is the second T-Mobile store that we frequented in the last few months. The customer service is good but none of the T-Mobile stores in Clayton county have the phones we're looking for to purchase. They seem to have a problem getting them in the stores 😒
