Fine overall. Went for my COVID booster and everything went smoothly. The pharmacist was helpful & kind but I can't say that about the rest of the staff, Had rude & unprofessional encounters w the pharmacy tech & cashiers. Never ever answer the phone so don't even try it. Store is a bit of a wreck & unorganized.

The services from the pharmacy are HORRIBLE!!!! My goodness, I stood on line for over 30 mins for a pharmacist. WITH 4 PHARMACIST PRESENT. It makes no sense at all. They need to come up with a better system for the dispensing of medication or something because it was really bad. I love all the other improvements done and the register people in the front are efficient and quick. Yet the pharmacy needs work. Mind you the line was wrapped around the aisle and each pharmacist moved slow like the line didn't exist. I usually don't even take my time and write reviews but as I continue to stand on this line I just had to. Ridiculous.

Very bad customer service. They stand chat and laugh in the back of the pharmacy while you wait for a long time. Then when they finally come to help you,they're telling you to come back because it's not ready. I will definitely be changing my pharmacy from here.

SLOW! Majority of the staff move with a don't care attitude leaving long lines of frustrated customers. The pharmacy area is the worst! They don't care if the line wraps around the store they move at a snails pace, and most of time they mess up on entering customers prescription coverage in the system and then tell them they're not covered when they've be covered for years. This store needs training in professionalism and promptness. So many people got off line because they were tired of waiting.

Clearly NO STARS for me so last night I went to buy some toothpaste I ring the bell and waited a few mins a very polite guy came and open the glass doors so I can selectively choose my items his remark was “ sorry it took me so long i also had to stay look out for folks that try to take stuff” As he lock the doors we both walk away into different directions I was always look for body wash as well, as I proceed walking looking for the body wash he is calling me to the front of the store to pay. My question is why did he call me and why was he so in a rush for me to pay I wasn’t even finished shopping I was completely ashamed and disappeared that I was unable to complete my shopping I paid and left.

If this place wasn't a 3 minute walk from my front door I'd never shop here. The only reason I gave it two stars is because they have a Amazon locker. While a two or three people who work here are nice and polite the majority are NOT. I'd say about 85% of the time when I walk out of this Rite Aid I ask myself why I ship here. From rude cashier's to ignoring me as I ask a question, to trying to get cash back and the cashier quickly pressing the No Cash Back without saying a word because they have no cash in the register. For the past 3 months the shelf stick for Coke Zero has been $2.79 but rings up $3.29. If you tell the Cashier the change the price but how has it not been changed on the shelf? This Rite Aid is bad on another level.

This is the worse Rite Aid that exist. On 2 occassiins I've visited this location only to find that the store does not open on time at 7am. Customers wait outside furious that the employees do not care. This is insane!! Some of us have jobs that we actually enjoy going to and must arrive on time. Terrible. SMH

On the website it says they open at 7am on Saturday morning. Here I am standing in front of the store because they have no cashiers. So technically they are closed.

The Pharmacist is extremely kind, however the first interaction and lack of mere manners sours the entire experience. There are two young women who I am assuming are assistants that refuse to respond to a Hello, and that somehow made me feel as if it was my fault that they work there. I hope Rite Aid Executive change these things asap with some simple customer service training.

Hard to get someone on the phone from the pharmacy department. The line there is always super long as well. Store is okay when it comes to having items stocked. Sometimes they have the items you want, sometimes they don’t. One of the managers always have an attitude. Seems like she don’t even want to be there every time someone ask her a question. Even when her associates ask her to do something on the computer. She’s always in that back room where they use to keep the pictures that’s developed. The cashiers do have a lot of personal conversations going on in front of customers.
