calling the pharmacy just to get a status update on my meds, as instructed by their rep via chat on their app and have been put on hold 3 times before even being able to speak to someone. decided to switch from a bad pharmacy, to transfer my meds to yet another bad pharmacy. update: the 4th time around, they got tired of putting me back on hold... this time they just let it ring.

Made an appointment at this Walgreens for COVID booster. They sent multiple reminders to show up, including one a few hours before appointment. Arrived and they have a paper on the window saying computer has been down and they cannot honor appointment until next week. Why didn’t you text or cancel the appointment before one makes the trip there? Don’t take any appointments you can’t honor!

Go literally anywhere else. The urgent cares might send prescriptions here because it’s so close by but you’re better off at Union and truly anywhere else. I have a fever and am waiting more than an hour for a prescription that should take only a few minutes. Walgreens needs new management here

Ujen, the Pharmacy Manager, is THE WORST! Had to go to this location for medicine since my store(1366 Broadway) has their pharmacy shut down until further notice. I called to see if my prescription for Percocet was filled. She puts me on hold then comes back to the phone and says I can’t pick it up until tomorrow. When asked the reason, she tells me because I got the same prescription yesterday(which is false, I got a prescription for 10 pills yesterday, today’s was 20.). Then further she says we can’t give you the new script until the old one runs out. That makes no sense, as the previous script actually runs out Saturday not tomorrow(Friday). When further questioned about this policy, she then tells me my insurance won’t pay for it until tomorrow. She does not seem very knowledgeable as to Walgreens policies and procedures. I am a back surgery candidate and am waiting for a steroid injection in the coming week. I am in excruciating pain around the clock, and when I explained that I was in the area today and coming over there tomorrow unnecessarily would be very painful and inconvenient for me, she offered no apology and stated very coldly that I just have to come tomorrow. I felt very humiliated as a customer and as though I was being treated as a drug seeker, not a valued Walgreens customer! I am a hardworking father of 3, and I do not deserve this sort of nonchalant treatment. Disgusting service! I would switch the prescription somewhere else but I am in extreme pain and would just like to fill the script as soon as possible. It’s all Walgreens, and sometimes a simple “I apologize for the inconvenience.”, can go a long way! Basic customer service 101. I’m sure she won’t even be coached on her conduct and behavior but that’s fine. Just as long as I get the chance to forewarn someone else before they spend their time and money for the same horrible treatment. The pharmacy is a business, you are not above being held to the same standard of customer service as a retail employee! Please Walgreens, get it together!

Honestly atrocious. My prescriptions can get lost for weeks here, and the wait time to pick up is often near 30 minutes. So frustrating, especially if your well-being *actually* depends on any of the medication you need. That being said, not the fault of the staff. They seriously need to hire more people.

The little miniature elevator never 👎🏿 works half the time neither does the revolving doors 🚪 and there’s barely a security guard 💂♀️ at his or her post. The only reason why I go here is to add money 💵 to my debit card 💳 other than that I wouldn’t go here.

Be prepared to wait if you're picking up prescriptions. Stopped by around four on a Friday and there's a single pharamacist working the pickup window and a long line. They were nice though and getting prescriptions out every 10 to 15 minutes.

The assortment and prices do not much differ from other Walgreens but service is very poor. Tried to find out how much do I have on my reward card and pay with it, but three times (different cashiers) did not receive full answer, I was only told that there is no enough balance. In other location they explained me that I can use only 5$ per transaction from my reward points. Photo zone is always closed or it is impossible to fund anyone there. Tried to print out my photos several times, finally ordered online from other vendor.
