Go literally anywhere else. The urgent cares might send prescriptions here because it’s so close by but you’re better off at Union and truly anywhere else. I have a fever and am waiting more than an hour for a prescription that should take only a few minutes. Walgreens needs new management here ~Kate

Worst service I've ever experienced at a pharmacy. I waited in line for half an hour to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be ready for pickup. There was a line of over 20 people. Only two employees and they are extremely slow. Soaring corporate profits and this is how they treat people? Shop local instead! ~Egan

They have a lot of staff and police right outside the door and still some guy managed to walk into the vitamin aisle, drop a bunch of bottles in his bag and just walk out. Is this the norm there? Large store, appeared well stock and was able to receive help. ~Niara

Every time I get a prescription sent here it takes them hours upon hours to fill. Any other pharmacy has it filled within 1-2 hours of the Dr. sending it, but for some reason this Rite Aid never has it in under 4 hours. The pharma customer service people are so nice, but I won’t continue using this store and wouldn’t recommend it to others. ~Michael

SLOW! Majority of the staff move with a don't care attitude leaving long lines of frustrated customers. The pharmacy area is the worst! They don't care if the line wraps around the store they move at a snails pace, and most of time they mess up on entering customers prescription coverage in the system and then tell them they're not covered when they've be covered for years. This store needs training in professionalism and promptness. So many people got off line because they were tired of waiting. ~Nadia

I have used European Wax Center multiple times and various locations and states and have never had a good experience. They consistently do not listen to clients when requesting specifics to their service; and instead spend lots of time trying to get individuals to purchase their products and judging your body’s condition. This is the third time I have had someone remove all hair from my pubic region after giving explicit instructions and spending ample time at the forefront of the appointment explaining how I would like to be waxed. The service provider instead did not listen and instead spent time to judge my body and state of skin/exfoliation and quote “got carried away” removing all of the hair I had requested not be removed. Further, the expectation to then tip the service provider after they had messed up is ridiculous. I believe one is better off getting their services elsewhere where perhaps you are not paying increased prices for someone to not listen, judge , and not provide the service you are paying for.
