This place is a joke and a disgrace. The customer service is terrible, they are often out of stock, and the pharmacy is one of the worst ran places I’ve ever encountered. I send my prescriptions to the one on Flatbush in Park Slope because the peace of mind is worth the extra trek. The people of BedStuy deserve better.

This Walgreens needs a revamp.. everyone needs to be fired!!!!! They don’t do their job, they’re rude, unprofessional, slow.. when the doctor sends the prescription, the pharmacy is supposed to alert you and let you know when to come in and get the prescriptions… NOPE.. that doesn’t happen here.. this is the worst location I’ve ever been in, and it’s totally disgusting..

Complete trash. Fill your prescriptions elsewhere. Went 2 times to pick it up, as the system online never updated saying it was filled. Waiting 30 minutes each time just for them to tell us to come back the next day. They now say it is 'closed' even though it was never filled. Zero accountability.

Customer service is horrible, they do not help at all If you need help or have any questions regarding to the merchandise you’re buying. Went to get a gift card and ask the cashier at the register if I need to call to activate the card or once I pay for it then It will automatically activated. She was like “I don’t know”, After that I went to the lady work at the floor and she looking at me wired and started to laugh by question😡

Walgreens pharmacy is the worst. The young ladies are very slow. There is always a long line. Even if you get there 1st thing in the morning . This is my local pharmacy and they are over crowed with patients prescription. I have lived in the area for over 15 years and the overall stores is just not managed correctly.

Worst service I've ever experienced at a pharmacy. I waited in line for half an hour to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be ready for pickup. There was a line of over 20 people. Only two employees and they are extremely slow. Soaring corporate profits and this is how they treat people? Shop local instead!

I have been using this pharmacy for a year and a half because it is the closest. It is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced and will now have to go out of my way because of it. They repeatedly have processed my insurance incorrectly, have missing items at pick up, rarely have medication in stock and it has taken several more days than they said it would. They are incompetent, negligent, and unreliable.

It is astonishing that I will get two calls in a row saying that my prescription and i will call to confirm it is ready then I get here and they have not even processed it yet. Waste of time. This entire store should be shut down. Why am I waiting 48 hours for a prescription they said was ready?

Absolute worst pharmacy experience. Zero stars. I’m not sure who’s to blame—I assume the pharmacists are doing their best? No matter what time of day you call, the line is busy. I have waited for 40 minutes before, only to be hung-up on. The line in-person at the pharmacy is, without fail, exceptionally long. Today I went at 10:30, 30 minutes after they opened (last week they changed their opening hour from 9 to 10 permanently, with minimal signage) and the line was already 10 people long. Each customer takes 15 minutes to be served. I have been trying to get my prescription for days, and every time I have been foiled. In the past, I have needed to wait upwards of an hour to be helped. Use one of the local pharmacies on Fulton if you can, or go to literally any other location. Absolutely avoid this Walgreens. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

As a store is totally fine and you will find a lot of things you might not think to find in a pharmacy. They mostly have good stock and the place is clean and the halls are wide enough. I know the pharmacy staff is short when it gets crowded and so many people come to pick up their prescriptions here that the lines can get long and the waiting time too! Even with all that, the staff is still friendly 🤷♀️ If you’re looking for supplements for diabetes, foot care and general pharmacy stock just like ibuprofen, go by the pharmacy pick ups, they have these shelves there!
