Service is wonderful in the store, but if you ever need to reach the store by telephone, it's impossible. They never answer. Also, do not get the RVVL 6 PRO, service is TERRIBLE with this phone.

Had a phone that crashed and needed a new one desperately..Walked in at 1:30 and was treated very well by the gentleman that was working the store by himself. He answered all my questions and had me out the door in a timely manner with a new phone. He addressed every person that walked in the door and was helping 4 customers at one time trying to keep everyone satisfied..Very professional and knowledge..

First I called the store and Choi the man working there answered. He was so pleasant told me Happy New Year. When I got to the store he was even nicer. Great customer service. I will drive 25-30 minutes just because the service was that good. You don't get this in store these days. Thank you for a great experience for me and my son today😊😊😊😊😊

Avoid this store! The employees here are a collective group of bad apples. I have been in this store numerous times and the experience has been terrible every time. The employees are rude. They belittle you and treat you like you are retarded. They have treated my parents the same way now two days in a row when all they needed was a simple question answered about their billing. Go elsewhere.

Whatever you do do not switch to MetroPCS for the bring-your-own-device plan. They will smile in your face take your money and then not be able to provide service to you and blame it on the phone. And definitely don't go to the Hudson Bridge location store manager Steven Troy and go to the Hudson Bridge location where the manager Steve Troy works. After spending 3 days just trying to actually have service where I could make a phone call or get on the internet hours on the phone with technical support and hours in the Hudson Bridge location with no avail. They tried three different phones I provided with no luck and blamed it all on the phones and one of the phones was actually a T-Mobile phone yet I had no problems getting service on any of those phones with Cricket but they still blamed it on the phones. After the third phone I asked for my money back because I was only allowed to make phone calls but couldn't get on the Internet or do anything else not even opening an email. The manager Steven Troy refuse to give me my money back money back. And then to add insult to injury lied to me and told me I needed to go to the Forest Park corporate store to retrieve my money because that's where the payment was sent . When I arrived at the corporate store the guy told me he didn't know what I was talking about that the only person that could refund my money was the store manager in the location where I got the phone turned on. So the manager Steven Troy lied to my face and sent me on a wild goose chase that wasted 3 hours of my time for what reason I guess I'll never know so you can better believe when I got back to the Hudson Bridge location the cops were called and he lied to the cops and said the money that was paid was for me transferring my service not for service itself. He refused to give me his last name or anyone's contact information so I could file a complaint against him and that's why I called the cops. So I warn you do not go to MetroPCS if you have a bring your own phone and expect for them to actually be able to service that phone because they'll take your money and tell you sorry can't help you unless you buy a MetroPCS phone. This manager has no business working with people. I will be taking him to court not over the $47 I paid over principle. And I won't be for $47 that I paid it'll be for the time wasted the gas spent and the work missed. I'm filing a complaint against him and if anybody knows any way of getting ahold of anybody that's ahead of the Hudson Bridge location or corporates phone number please respond

I was in the Hudson bridge office on Friday and bought a new phone. I was super impressed with the customer service. I took my son on Sat to get a new phone was was extremely disappointed. The first young lady refused to sell me a screen saver stating that she doesn't do screen savers. She then told my son to transfer his contacts, etc on his own when he got home. She refused to use Bluetooth and transfer his stuff. Then another young lady came in and I asked about a screen saver. She stated she couldn't do it because she had a hurt finger. Poor, poor, poor customer service. The weekend crew needs a lot more customer service training.

My wife went into the Hudson Bridge location to activate my daughter's new phone, then to purchase a phone for herself. After the activation was complete (which was done incorrectly), she promptly left the store to go to another location to continue her business. The man behind the counter was rude, and purposefully overcharged for EVERYTHING he did or sold. She had much, much better service at one of the McDonough stores. I tried to file a complaint with Metro's corporate office, to no avail. I was given excuses as to why they couldn't file it for me. Save yourself some frustration, avoid this store!

Went to the store on Hudson to purchase a case and the two young ladies were rude stating the system was already shut down. However the door was open and they refused to service stating come back tomorrow. Will never return to this store for anything or recommend anyone to the store for any reason ever. I wish I read the reviews prior to coming here. Definitely wish I could give them a negative rating as they don't deserve a star at all.
