It was fast and I was able to buy the tires that I needed right away and because they have appointments you can set for tire work and come back at another time which would be great for someone who doesn't need service right then and there. But if you need them done you may be waiting a while. I had no problem going to the Griffin location and getting them put on within 30 minutes give or take a few minutes.

Normally, the pharmacy staff is great. However they don't answer the phone. I was put on hold for a few seconds and disconnected several times. I don't like driving to the store to ask a question. Answer your phone! I gave them two stars because their in person service is pretty good.

So being that I'm on the remodel team, we are currently at this location doing minor upgrades to the store. Now if you think about this store just had a remodel in 2020 or 2019 I don't remember the year but I really don't see the need of this store getting another remodel but according to home office it needs a cosmetic remodel more than anything else. This store is adding a nice beer and wine section soon to come and among other things expanding their apparel area of the store as well as updating the health and beauty department and expanding it. But however they seem to have a lot of freight that needs to be worked unless people to work it so hopefully they'll figure it out.

This store is a nice place to shop. The majority of employees are a little feisty and not approachable. The Managers are not setting examples for the younger generation by acting just as rude. Everyone seems to be a little unhappy and the employees that assist the check out stations are always on their phones. The store is clean and stocked properly with the prettiest produce.

They need to get more riding carts for the disable people.. been there many times and want to cry because I have torn tendons and many times they do not have a riding cart., . Hate the fact that the are putting in more self checkout booth.. whats going to happen to the the people whom check out people.. are they all been replace by machines.. Does walmart not make more then enough money to be letting go employees., jobs are been taking away. N because of new technology.. not right !!!

This Walmart is so Great. I love the Deli, and the Electronics departments. They have fast moving self service checkout. Freindly employees, and an expectations are lived up to for this Unit reflecting the brand.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!! I had three items that rang up for more than the posted prices. I had to show pictures with prices to customer service because the young man at the register said he goes by the price online, which were higher prices. I did speak with 'Coach' (mgmt) who said she would tend to the matter. I have put in a call above store mgmt because there are elderly people, people on fixed incomes, or people who just expect integrity who shop at Walmart who are being taken advantage of by Walmart stealing these small amounts that may go unnoticed if you are not paying attention. One thing is for certain, they are not going to request an audit and give any amount of money back to the very people who keep them in business that they are stealing from! So, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!

This place sucks, not ready! Again NOT capable to fulfill online pick up order. This store "does not do their in inventory properly!" so when ordering online it counts the availability for in-store pick up. The aggravation of sitting there for 1 hr and 48 minutes just to find out that they do not have it in store really horrible. When Walmart.com could have it sent via mail along with other online order so that you would have definitely got what you need. Then the nerve for whoever is in charge of falsely documenting and sending an email stating "the order has been fulfilled" should be reprimand. Charging an account for an items does not receive is fraud! I should not have to dispute BS charges not received. DO NOT pick up online orders from here. Griffin Walmart are incompetent to keep up with new technology!!

Of all the Walmarts I've been to, this one has the best customer service. The young people are exceptional, always polite and helpful. They will escort you to the item instead of just telling you the location. Most of all they seem to have fun. The staff is friendly and treat you like familiar family. The shelves are usually neat. This Walmart is an hour out of my way but worth the occasional visit.

Like any other Walmart. Only issue I have is with the delivery department. BUT Today I noticed Restock rotated the processed meat (lunch meat) but didn’t take out the meat that was bad. I notified a team member and she fixed the issue then and there.
