PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!! I had three items that rang up for more than the posted prices. I had to show pictures with prices to customer service because the young man at the register said he goes by the price online, which were higher prices. I did speak with 'Coach' (mgmt) who said she would tend to the matter. I have put in a call above store mgmt because there are elderly people, people on fixed incomes, or people who just expect integrity who shop at Walmart who are being taken advantage of by Walmart stealing these small amounts that may go unnoticed if you are not paying attention. One thing is for certain, they are not going to request an audit and give any amount of money back to the very people who keep them in business that they are stealing from! So, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION! ~Lonnie

If I could give a half a star I could. I ordered a Nintendo switch for pick up which since they have it in stock should've been done in 1 hour to 2 hours tops especially if it's just one item and a game which they have IN STOCK, but no hours go by so I decided to go see what's going on and sure enough there's just two guys one throwing boxes in the back and the other just standing around, I ask what's going on with my order and they just say it's not ready, I ask is there an issue with stock and they tell me no, so what's the issue, then I get told to my face while the store is empty with two people working that they will do my order tomorrow, the kicker is that I ordered this yesterday and even today they have no desire of fulfilling the order even as I am standing in the store. So what I can say is after you guys fulfil my order I will no longer be shopping here unless you make some changes in employment and even then the way it's ran just shows me that I will have nothing but bad experiences. ~Kyree

I came into the store on Sunday April 10,2022 and Keana greeted me. She was friendly and eager to help me. They had the phone I wanted but not the case. She volunteered to call several other T Mobile stores to check on availability for me. She transferred the data from the old phone to the new phone efficiently. It was obvious to me that she knew her job well and liked her job. I appreciated her attitude and helpfulness. Keep up the good work. ~Chuck

She not only pointed me in the direction of where the item was, she went and got it for me. I have Been to this location several time and the customer service has been exemplary. ~Elon
