only 2 people ever working there…they move extremely too slow…always laughing joking and playing (no time management skills…spends extremely to much time on one customer…leaving others to walk out because of the extremely long wait time)! only one person in the store knows how to complete a full task constantly be pulled from one associate to another! please help this location!!!!!

I came into the store on Sunday April 10,2022 and Keana greeted me. She was friendly and eager to help me. They had the phone I wanted but not the case. She volunteered to call several other T Mobile stores to check on availability for me. She transferred the data from the old phone to the new phone efficiently. It was obvious to me that she knew her job well and liked her job. I appreciated her attitude and helpfulness. Keep up the good work.

Just got a charge on my account for insurance, when i was in store they specifically asked if i wanted protection, i said no. they charged me without asking or letting me know, it was a tall girl with glasses, she looked almost hispanic I’ll be emailing jon freier and his team about this. It is a very shady practice, and its only a “mistake” when these thieves get caught.

Okay 1st there was one customer service representative available when I 1st arrived. Then I tried to make a payment but some how my account phone# on 2 lines that I have would not come up and so that meant the store system was down so I couldn’t make a payment. From what I was told. 🤔Then finding out this location is a 3rd party location so I guess that doesn’t help ether. 🤦🏽♀️disappointing knowing this is the closest T-Mobile to my home. Now I have to go 23minutes away for a corporate location just to get things done.

I went into the store upset and frustrated and Patrick and Natalie where the best customer service agents that I ever had to deal with. They were helpful, they were understanding and they're the reason why I'm still a Sprint/ T-Mobile customer. For 4 days.. I had no service, called Sprint and no one could help, but i walked into their store and they did everything to get me up and running. I am extremely grateful and thankful for them.

I got there around 12:30pm to do a upgrade to the new 21ultra. As soon as I walked in I was greeted but I wasn't helped until 20mins later because only 1 person knew how to work the sprint system, but the upgrade process took over an hour. I didn't even get the phone!!! Between them pushing other things like additional phone lines, standing around talking, and slow systems the experience was bad, and to top it all off they wanted to charge a whole $109 to my already $190 down-payment for no reason. I ended up just upgrading on my phone. As a Sprint customer I can not justify going into a T-mobile store just to listen to them complain about sprint systems. I've been with Sprint for 9 years and this T-Mobile experience was just horrible.

Arrived at 6pm. Was not helped until 7:30 because the manager stated he sent people home early because it was a “slow day”. Essentially only 2 people where there and one of them was the manager. In addition to the excessive wait and the inconvenience this caused, the woman who helped me seem to be frustrated with me because I wasn’t going to leave until my phone was good to go and it was approaching closing time. I waited an hour and a half to be seen so you’re absolutely correct I was going to stay however late until the issue was resolved. Don’t treat me like I walked in 10 mins to closing to do this task, and that’s why you had to stay beyond closing. I arrived 2 hours until closing and you all were understaffed!!!! Have the same respect and patience as you did with the customers before me. This will absolutely be my final time at this location and obviously, I would not recommend this branch to anyone.
