Management Kita and her crew is so horrible with customer service and helping customers very bad attitude and disrespectful! I don’t know why some black people talk ugly to people when they in management!!!! I will never ever give my money to that store again

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to get simple windshield wipers. Instead of the cashier trying to figure out how to take off the old windshield wipers he tells me he can't do it and his coworker tells me a manufactures problem. They didn't even try to help me. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts and within 5 minutes the new windshield wipers were installed. No problems. Advance has lazy employees

I came in a few days ago since my wipers needed replacing. It was raining a good bit but Destiny helped me chose the correct replacement. She even put them on for me. She was very helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone. They are very helpful and I had a great encounter. Thank you Advance Auto Parts.

Poor customer service. I was on hold for 30min. Spoke to the manager Charles. When he couldn’t figure out when my order would be there he started talking about getting a refund. Just because you can’t figure out what’s going on with my order u just take the easy way out and try to refund me. NO! Figure it out give 10% off, keep a loyal customer happy. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for a mirror when I was told it would take 2 days. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

As soon as I walked into the door the wonderful lady greeted me warmly. She made me 😃! I asked her for help of finding a product. She not only pointed me in the direction of where the item was, she went and got it for me. I have Been to this location several time and the customer service has been exemplary.
