I never ever write reviews, although today I had a great experience and I thought I’d share. I was greeted with a friendly and cheerful employee whose name was Allison Jimenez. She helped my family and I every step of the way by giving us tips on what phone to buy. Usually, I feel employees try to trick us into buying the most expensive brand although she gave us the most effective and affordable option. If it were up to me I would definitely give her a raise due to her excellent customer service.

Poorly mis-managed location. Waited nearly 30 minutes for service because there were some 6-7 customers and only 2 people working one of which may have been a manager on duty. Although I don’t expect employees to rush customers they do not work efficiently either. It’s the holidays and they made no attempt to increase their staff level or even create the perception that they’re working faster and I am not the only customer to see the problem and walk out. Honestly I’ll just switch to Verizon.

Very Nice. Today I went with my sister to purchase the iPhone 12 and we were helped by Katrina. Amazing employee and Amazing person. We were helped by Nelson as well, and he was professional and provided much assistance as well. Just as amazing. The whole store was amazing in fact. They all deserve a raise, unlike the T-Mobile at Manassas Mall. Katrina was very nice and provided many options for us. I also liked the fact that all of the Employees are Bilingual, which provided a sense of culture and made it easier for the customers to be received unlike the T-Mobile at Manassas Mall where they only spoke English. Unlike the T-Mobile at Manassas Mall, Katrina only asked for an ID for the transaction without putting us through a run-around. Unlike the T-Mobile at Manassas Mall, Katrina knew exactly the specifications and the type of phone that would suit my sister. Much more professional than the T-Mobile at Manassas Mall. Unlike the T-Mobile at Manassas Mall, they told us exactly what we needed to look for when buying this type of phone. Unlike the T-Mobile at Manassas Mall, they did not lie about their prices. If you are looking for a phone, come to this place, do not go to the T-Mobile at Manassas Mall unless you are willing to deal with incompetence..

Great experience at the store, i went in, they can only let one person at the time which means they are keeping everyone safe but if you are in a hurry its best to order online because i waited 20 minutes. The Rep that helped me out was knowledgeable and friendly, i got a phone for my mother for mothers day. If you are upgrading make sure to back up your phone, they are not transfering data, but they can guide you on how you can do it at home. I went in there with my wife because we were looking to switch to TMobile. There was only one other customer there when I walked in and 2 employees working. Great, I thought, I'll be able to get this moving along quick and start service right away. The customer service was non-existant. I looked around for a bit at the phones trying to see which I'd get. Not once did either of the employees even approach me to see if I needed help. I could see they weren't busy because they were neither on their phones nor computers. They were pretty much just standing around. I had to walk up to them to ask them questions. The responses were basically the bare minimum needed to answer me, no follow up no friendly banter. Neither seemed to have any motivation to sign up new customers. I decided to stick with my more expensive phone plan. I've always had great customer service with them and sometimes that's worth a few extra bucks. There's a five guys next door so at least you can get a good meal after you're done dealing with this frustrating place.
