I went in for an oil change and other general services. After I left the shop, my car stopped in the middle of the road. I was distraught and I called the shop. The tech was very calm and reassuring telling me to hang tight while he got the manager. The manager said he would be happy to look everything over and he would cover the cost if the issue had to do with the work they had done. It took almost two hours for my tow truck to get me back over there. The manager and his crew waited after closing hours to assist me. They checked every single major component of my car. In the end, there was some kind of fuel code error. The team flushed out the fuel injector and made sure my car was safe to drive home. I can't even begin to thank them enough. It was one of the hottest days we have had all year and I know they were tired. However, they all made me feel like there was no place they'd rather be that helping out. EXCELLENT customer service all around!!!! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went there for a quick oil change on a weekday. Was greeted nicely and guided to the seating area. All in all it took like less than 6-7 mins and i was out of there. Service was nice and quick just like their name Jiffy.

They did very good job and fast. I went two other service stations for this and they don’t have time but next week app. I needed air on my tire since this was more urgent and I did not know how to do it. So I was really happy that they did it within 30 minutes. Service: Oil change

Fast,effective, efficient and not badly priced. They vacume your car. Top off the fluids. Change oil. Great place to get your oil changed on the regular. They are always on point. Check everything out and report back to a customer and report what they have seen. They got a nice place to sit and relax while the work is being performed. They a good company and spot. Been coming herec16 years.

I arrived to get service and the staffer told me gleefully that I was 1 minute after 5 so they wouldn’t take me since they closed at 5 (other cars still in 2 bays and doors open). I explained I had driven 30 minutes to get to that jiffy lube and was 1 minute really a valid excuse to turn me away. Very non-sympathetic nope I was literally told. I came back the next day. One of the staff members came into the waiting room to check on updating my record and totally unmasked, he walked right up right next to me and began speaking at me within inches from my masked face. I asked him if he could kindly step back to a few feet since he was unmasked. Rolling his eyes, he did so. I will not be going back. Customer service is better at the Warrenton location, IMHO. I always do my own oil changes and maintenance on my vehicles, but there are those few times in life where you just don’t have that time. I’ve never had any issues taking my cars here for oil changes. I’ve never felt pressure in buying something I don’t need either. If there is any recommended maintenance due, they inform me and provide options if I want to proceed. This is a great shop. Service: Oil change

This place sucks after going back in because they didnt do any cleaning on my car during the oil change service I come back out to the drives window down but still dirty and the driver side front floor board vacuumed half way
