The Mexican pizza is back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Burritos are pretty good. Fast service when there is no line. Sometimes, you’ll have to wait because there’s a line of cars. Bring back the meximelt!

Not consistent. Almost every time I roll through the drive-thru, there is something wrong with my order. Whether I’ve asked for no tomatoes and they’ve added tomatoes, asked for beans instead of beef, or they completely forget a key component of the burrito - today it was rice…yes, RICE! I was left with two soupy burritos full of a couple beans, sour cream, sauce, and no rice; but they added tomatoes and lettuce to the burritos, which normal ingredients don’t include them. My order is never right and I’m done.

First time at this particular location. Manager was very pleasant. I was impressed that he went around cleaning and tidying up. It's always nice to see leadership pitching in whenever and wherever needed. Order was correct and the food was tasty.

Nice fast food. Taco Bell certainly has some of the better fast food and has a Mexican theme to its food. The quesadillas are good and their burritos are nice too. Wide variety of menu options and usually good service. Overall a decent fast food restaurant. They also have a small variety of sweets which are not bad.

In fairness, I need to make a habit of checking for my food before I leave the drive thru. But I think it’s a little insulting to be charged for an item I didn’t receive and then being told that I have to physically go to the restaurant to be refunded on my card. Please make sure all the items are in the bag before giving it to the customer.

Worst of all location I waited over 30 minutes by drive thru when I confirm my order the associate said there is no order on my name big thanks for letting me know after 30 mins of wait. Waste of time to order after 11pm just ridiculous. They always make the same excuse *Sorry we are short staff* they're management need to do something about drive thru orders. After being in line for 30 minutes they tell you there is no order on your name and you have to get in drive thru line again to reorder. . MANAGEMENT is so bad can't do their job they should do like CHICK-FIL-A have complete staff n Confirm orders on ipads tablets and get people their food fast and get them going.

Got terrible food poisoning. If you go into this particular location and watch all day, you will notice NONE of the staff checks the temperature of the food the entire day. The meat is extremely undercooked and sometimes they don’t change the meat out as often as they should when it is a slow day!!!! BEWARE!!

Greetings! I rated this 4 stars because the food is what you'd expect, & some of the staff are really friendly (I made an acquaintance there!) The rest of the staff are fine, too. There is one staff member who tends to work the night shift; he's not friendly. Oh well. The only issue is more often than not, the drive-through lines are RIDICULOUSLY long. I hope you have some good tunes to jam out to, because that's what I end up usually doing. 🕺🎧🎵🎶 Also, there's no dining room available currently, for those wondering. (As of December 2021). Edit: it seems they have reopened the dining room area.

I ordered by app . Absolutely sure I made the order with out cheese. They still gave cheese !! The people who have allergies (I’m ok I don’t have any) just be careful!!!! They don’t look at the screen or don’t know how to maybe I apologize!! Frustrating..

This location has the worst staff ever. I got into the store at 9:30 pm. The hours listed at the door stated the lobby is open until 10 pm. I waited a few minutes in line and once I got to the register it was 9:35. There were 2 staff members who blatantly and rudely told me that the lobby is closed and I can’t order, they said I need to go to the drive thru. I was shocked at their attitude. I have never ever experience such rudeness. I told them I’m not dining in and that I wanted to place a take out order. The female employee screamed at me and said they’re not taking any orders right now. Once I stated that their lobby is open until 10 they became upset said “that’s good for you” but proceeded to tell me they won’t take my order. Finally after several minutes of arguing a staff member stated she’d take my order. Not once when I entered or waited in line did anyone tell me they won’t take my order. However, once I got to the front of the line they changed their mind? Hmmm seems a bit discriminatory. After causing such a scene I decided it would be best not eat here. Considering the lobby and table looked so dirty, maybe it was for the best. On my way out of the store, an older employee apologized for the other’s behavior and stated, “they’re just kids.” Even though they are “kids” it does not excuse rude behavior.
