I went in for an oil change and other general services. After I left the shop, my car stopped in the middle of the road. I was distraught and I called the shop. The tech was very calm and reassuring telling me to hang tight while he got the manager. The manager said he would be happy to look everything over and he would cover the cost if the issue had to do with the work they had done. It took almost two hours for my tow truck to get me back over there. The manager and his crew waited after closing hours to assist me. They checked every single major component of my car. In the end, there was some kind of fuel code error. The team flushed out the fuel injector and made sure my car was safe to drive home. I can't even begin to thank them enough. It was one of the hottest days we have had all year and I know they were tired. However, they all made me feel like there was no place they'd rather be that helping out. Needed a state inspection done, even though they were backed up they got me in and out within an hour and a half. Given the fact that every other place was talking at least 3 hours minimum and I was trying to get out of town on a road trip, that was fine by me. Great service, as well as the staff was very friendly and accommodating. A clean lobby as well as restroom makes it for a pleasant experience all the way around. One key point, there is very little parking around the establishment even though it has tons of parking spaces. Undoubtedly, because all of the cars that come there for service, the business has to have a place to stash them until it is their turn. ~ULOV

Had Mary from Baskin Robbins in Gainesville come serve ice cream for our company picnic. Couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. Everyone really enjoyed the ice cream, and it was special having Mary and the BR brand present. She was great - so friendly with everyone. First time at this particular location. Manager was very pleasant. I was impressed that he went around cleaning and tidying up. It's always nice to see leadership pitching in whenever and wherever needed. Order was correct and the food was tasty. ~Robin

Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve had to use Caliber for a vehicle repair. The good news is that I’ve used Caliber twice for vehicle repair! They are fantastic. This most recent time, Tyler was assigned to my vehicle repair. He was extremely professional, extremely communicative, and very patient. The vehicle belongs to my two teens who really wanted it back, and Tyler never made me feel like a nuisance when I called for updates. It may sound like he didn’t communicate well enough with me if I had to call, but that’s not the case. He contacted me every few days to give me updates (I called to verify that parts we were waiting for arrived). I would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision (at least the Gainesville location). Good fuel prices but don't have credit card capabilities. So I didn't purchase fuel. Never heard of gas station not accepting credit card. They need to.get with the program. ~David

They completed the repairs on my car after someone hit the back resulting in damages to the trunk and bumper of the car. My car was ready two days prior to the due date and you would never know it was ever hit. They did an excellent job.
