Best auto body shop in Gainesville, Virginia (VA) 2024

Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve had to use Caliber for a vehicle repair. The good news is that I’ve used Caliber twice for vehicle repair! They are fantastic. This most recent time, Tyler was assigned to my vehicle repair. He was extremely professional, extremely communicative, and very patient. The vehicle belongs to my two teens who really wanted it back, and Tyler never made me feel like a nuisance when I called for updates. It may sound like he didn’t communicate well enough with me if I had to call, but that’s not the case. He contacted me every few days to give me updates (I called to verify that parts we were waiting for arrived). I would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision (at least the Gainesville location). They completed the repairs on my car after someone hit the back resulting in damages to the trunk and bumper of the car. My car was ready two days prior to the due date and you would never know it was ever hit. They did an excellent job.
