Normally dig this place. Just sat at speaker for a few minutes with no response. Figured it was broken, so I drove around. A previous worker was chatting for 20 minutes with other workers in the drive-thru, holding up a line behind me. Congratulations on your new pizza gig, dude. The car didn't even notice all of us until I got right behind him. Hope you're not the pizza delivery driver at your new job - your sense of your surroundings suck. Never get a shake here unless you want vanilla. All the shakes will come out vanilla and they'll insist it's the flavor you ordered, even though it's clearly white. Had the shamrock shake a few times back in march and they came out white. Tried to get a strawberry shake tonight. Came out white, tasted like vanilla. Again. The McDonald's ice cream machine: even when it works, it's broke.

I go here once a year for my dog's birthday (don't judge me - he's a good boy and deserves a plain hamburger). Every time I go - the wait in out of control. This location is heavily understaffed. Absolute mess ! This is by far the worse McDonald’s I have ever been to. Spent over 20 min waiting for our food with about 10 other people. Their focus was only the drive through and had no concern of the guest inside . Employees not knowing what they were doing.

Updated 08-04-2022. I returned a few months later after my previous review, things have gotten no better, the walk-up window reminds me of something you'd see in prison with all the protection and metal gates. Still no condiments out in the dining hall I asked and the employee said they'll probably never get them. Expect no easy access to condiments, napkins salt pepper or straws you'll be lucky to get someone's attention to get them for you. I regret coming here again. Big fail on the remodeling job. They've lost me as an indoor diner. No longer self-service soda dispenser or condiments or napkins. They've installed four of those ordering kiosks, and removed all the registers except for one. Drastically reduce the number of parking spaces near the door entrance, in favor of a second drive-thru lane. It's clear they put emphasis on drive-thru sales and not indoor sales. Updated 2022/01/27 Update February 17th, 2022, used their new double lane drive through for the first time, big fail on that, the two lanes narrowed down to one, and when they had a single lane they weren't able to efficiently manage that, so they certainly aren't going to be able to manage efficiently two lanes.

Attempted to make a late night (3AM) purchase. Was told "cash only" and no rewards codes accepted you must pay full price because the store is closed. If you're closed why are you taking my order? Who's pocketing the cash paid for the inventory they're serving? 🤔 Makes you wonder. No more visits to this place.

Drive thru line was very long but was moving quickly until we paid at the 1st window. Then it was a parking lot. 3 cars back qnd it took 35 minutes to actually reach the 2nd window and get our order, which consisted of two burgers. One of them was wrong and I had to take it inside to get it made right. 2nd star is for the fresh and free fries they gave me for my 15 minute wait at the counter. Longest trip to McDonalds ever.

Ability to speak English would be nice. The ability to take an order without sending me to the kiosk would be nice. The ability to not have me stand there for 15 minutes before you finally tell me you can’t take my order would be nice. Hot fries would be nice. I’ve been coming here for years and they are never ever warm and fresh. Stale and soggy. One of the worst McDonald’s I have ever encountered. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Drive thru line had 3 to 4 cars in each lane. I decided to go inside to place my order of 2 items (fries and a drink). Waited 15 minutes after paying for my order. There was absolutely no urgency to get the food out. The Chick-fil-A across the street has lines out into the parking lot, is closed on Sundays, and still provides faster service than this McDonald's! Why does this McDonald's even have 3.3 stars for reviews? VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Very rude and argued with customers as they gave them the wrong orders. Yelled at the doordash driver who waited 30 minutes for an order. Yelled at a poor kid of about 12 years old because he wanted his sprite and ranch dressing. Told another kid of about 15 years old it was his fault he didn't get his iced tea. Yelled at some poor girl who was having issues with the self service kiosk and refused to take her order so she left frustrated. These were all things I observed while waiting about 30 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 orders of fries and 2 cokes. Some how the people in the drive thru's orders were not taking 30 minutes to fulfill. Not sure but i do know that entire staff needs re-trained or maybe new management.

Staff was helpful to myself and others and extremely polite. My mother, age 85, always requests fresh coffee at McDonald's and she CAN tell the difference. My request was met with a smile and she checked back with me to make sure I knew she made it for me! ☺️ I wish I had gotten her name! Thank you for super service!
