LabCorp

To: Santrell, did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed since the day you started working here or is it hard to be pleasant to customers? You are effortlessly rude in tone and perception and another customer voiced the same thing without me saying anything. Also, adding a 'PLEASE SIGN IN AT KIOSK' may avoid having to yell at every customer that walks in. I couldn't bear saying this in person because I didn't want to hamper all the others working. Kudos to all other crew and especially to Lisa who maintained excellent customer service and extra pleasant. I'll leave a separate review for her. One star because Santrell. I can't imagine how she is outside of Labcorp. ~Natasha

Wendy's

Very very rude female night manager at this Wendy's. Ordered online at Wendy's website and paid. When I went to pickup the kid on the counter said that my name nor order number wasn't there and called his manager. Then the manager came and looked at the phone screen and said your order is not here then turned her back and didn't do anything. Very rude!!!! Will let my friends know about this scam. 00000 star. Update: my credit card was charged even though the Latina manager didn't give my online order. What a scam! ~T.

Costco Pharmacy

My husband had the flu and his doctor prescribed Tamiflu. The CVS pharmacist in Haymarket claimed there wasn’t any Tamiflu available in the area. They could fill it the next day at 3pm. I contacted Costco and the pharmacist, Linda, told me they had it in stock. Linda knew the urgency and contacted CVS to transfer the prescription right away. My husband was able to start Tamiflu that evening and it shortened the duration of the flu. He has a chronic condition and we are so grateful for a caring pharmacist, Linda. ~Wendolyn

Bull Run Plaza

Bull Run Plaza is cozily nestled in what's probably the busiest part of Sudley these days and I reckon it was built before traffic became so crazy out this way. With lots of pedestrians and lots of people picking things up or dropping things off, there's almost always some kind of traffic jam. The FedEx store often has people parking illegally to make a "quick" stop for something, and the same is true of ATMs and other similar in and out places, making traffic worse. The entrance on Sudley Manor is super awkward to get in and out of and often has lines to exit blocking incoming traffic, and the exit on Sudley Rd is nearly impossible to get out of during certain times of day. Glad they have Giant in there now, because it kinda gave the area a fresh look, but it's super inconvenient to get in and out of these days. ~Aaron
