Very very rude female night manager at this Wendy's. Ordered online at Wendy's website and paid. When I went to pickup the kid on the counter said that my name nor order number wasn't there and called his manager. Then the manager came and looked at the phone screen and said your order is not here then turned her back and didn't do anything. Very rude!!!! Will let my friends know about this scam. 00000 star. Update: my credit card was charged even though the Latina manager didn't give my online order. What a scam!

I was getting breakfast today and I ordered two number 7 with two medium drinks and the seasoned potatoes large. Instead they put two medium combos and an extra large seasoned potatoes, I noticed they didn’t even give me my receipt, and when I complained about them not ringing it up correctly they acted stupid and wouldn’t fix it and when they would they wanted to charge me even more money so these people need to learn how to work better and listen should’ve just gone to centerville rd wendys with much better customer service then these people. I didn’t even get my money back I just left bc they made us so mad.

Don’t bother ordering Uber one from this place. You NEVER get your sauces for the nuggets. NEVER. Drive thru or dine in are good- Uber one orders- nope.

Horrible working environment. And I hope each and everyone of you know that every single employee has touched either a order from you and eating from it or they eat and make food whenever they want so things there aren’t very sanitary. The managers are unprofessional disrespectful and same as the employees and they allow employees and managers to be rude and disgusting towards new employees. If you are looking for a job do not work there it’s not worth it.

What can I say other than Wendy’s is great. They have great deals and good food. This particular one nearly always forgets to add the sauce to my mobile order, which makes me sad :( one of the staff members was a little rude to me as well. Poor Quality food / management doesn’t seem to care at all . Too many kids working in the kitchen playing around, poor quality training on employees/kids , they didn’t know how to take orders. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this place. I try to reach out to management a couple of times no one reach back to apologize about the food . I spent over $30 just to throw it away .

Slower than slow. Food never hot. Lukewarm at best. So finally gave this place a 2nd chance. 6 months later... Cod Fish sandwich combo meal. Big mistake. The fish was so hard you could have broken a tooth! I've had better at McD's and they are the bottom. As per usual for this place, the food was again not even lukewarm, the fries were cold, limp and disgusting. I couldn't eat them The drink was good. See pictures, I threw over half of this away as I was too far away to return it. This place needs so much help. I hope the other places in the center are better than this WENDY'S. Get it together Wendy folks or stop the food and just do drinks.

Hands down one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to they have a door that's been broken for 6 months still not fixed... the cash register had ants by it. And service is extremely slow and unhelpful. Included in my pictures was the busted door where they just put the garbage can trash bin in front of.
