The tech who drew my blood was fantastic as explained below. However, I had my bloodwork done in December 2021. Today, for the very first time, I finally received my results. So, 10 months later, I am receiving my results and am getting billed. I think we can all agree that 10 months later, your results are unhelpful. Multiple hours were spent on the phone with customer service, to no avail. Three separate times, I was told the results would be uploaded same day. I will never use Labcorp again. Now regarding the tech, I have come to this location twice now. Lisa has drawn my blood both times. The second time, I specifically requested her as I have never had someone draw my blood so effortlessly and painlessly.

I come to this lab about every 6 months for blood draws. I've always had a good experience and I especially appreciate the early morning and Saturday hours. Todays review however is regarding my 7 year old sons blood collection. We reserved a time online and maybe waited 10 minutes at most despite the lobby being pretty full. Ivana took his blood and she was amazing. He was very nervous and she was sweet with him and very quick. Thank you so much Ivana for making this a good experience for him, Holly C.

Lisa was excellent tech! I always have difficulties. They pinched me again and again. Lisa went in one time!!! Thank you Lisa! I will go back again!!

Made an Appointment and arrived 30 mins early. Did mobile check-in since I’m high risk and waited for 1 hour and 30 mins just for a small test. Called the office multiple times and no one picked up or texted me to come in and get my test done. Horrible experience especially for people needing to get test done. Will definitely avoid this location since I’ve never had any problems with any other location for Labcorp in the past.

Worst experience ever. Came in at 3:15 for the appointment I scheduled online for drug testing. Before coming in, I called three times and NOBODY answered the phone at all. Therefore, I relied online for the correct hours as it states 7-4. I came in and the desk lady’s were outrageously rude especially Erica. She was so rude and passive aggressive and made the experience literally terrible. She said the hours were posted online for drug screening when they clearly aren’t. Will never return to this place as a healthcare worker as the workers are not understanding nor emphatic.

Unfortunately this is one of the worst labcorp locations I have ever been to. I drove here early in the morning for my appointment that I had made about 1 week in advance. When I got here I was told that their system has been down this morning and they will only take paper orders. I wish they had told me this prior to driving here. I even got an email reminder about my apt right before so some sort of mass email or alert that their system was down would have been nice. I mentioned that to them nicely and the response I got was, “well we wish we could have known before we had to come to work today.” Very passive aggressive and not a way to treat a patient. Being in the medical field myself, this is pretty poor service. Honestly, they opened far earlier than my appointment time and likely would have had time to come in and alert patients. Instead the entire staff was sitting in the lobby chatting.

I came first thing on the morning 7:05 am, I checked in with other two patients! Until 7:35 they didn’t call me or check any other patient in, I left without making my blood work I need, Sorry, I’ll never come back to this office again.

To: Santrell, did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed since the day you started working here or is it hard to be pleasant to customers? You are effortlessly rude in tone and perception and another customer voiced the same thing without me saying anything. Also, adding a 'PLEASE SIGN IN AT KIOSK' may avoid having to yell at every customer that walks in. I couldn't bear saying this in person because I didn't want to hamper all the others working. Kudos to all other crew and especially to Lisa who maintained excellent customer service and extra pleasant. I'll leave a separate review for her. One star because Santrell. I can't imagine how she is outside of Labcorp.

Person sitting at the front desk is extremely rude. She doesn’t try to explain anything and acts like you are just suppose to know what to do. She’s loud and unprofessional.

I have to really appreciate this facility in it's cleanliness, promptness, and the pleasant staff that work there. After check in, I only had to wait 2 minutes in my car to be called in. If you have the opportunity to have labs done here, I hope you get Lisa. She was exceptionally good at doing my blood draw. I have very small veins, which causes issues for some phlebotomists. She listened to me explain which arm is better to draw from and that it is usually difficult. She got it (painlessly too!!) on the first stick!! Even better is no bruising on my arm later! She is OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you, Lisa :) I have to also say that the staff here is really exceptional - all of them! Much better than the other facility that is nearer my house. I will go the extra miles/time to be able to go to the Manassas facility.
