Its been two months since I've had my blood drawn for cancer and still until this day there has been no results and my insurance company has not received anything from this company for pre authorization. They call this malpractice and I don't appreciate someone messing with my health this is my life we are talking about.

The check in process was very quick and easy ! However when I got blood taken she didn’t go straight into my vein , she popped it instead !! Leaving my arm hurting and throbbing. I will never come back here, I’d rather drive the distance than go through that again

It took about ten minutes for my tests, from the time I walked thru the door. It looked like the lady there was the only employee in the building. She took care of check in and blood draw. Fast, friendly, and efficient.

I was at LabCorp in tappanhock and the Technician was awful didn't speak and could not draw blood and I left and went to bon secour the next day and everything went well.NEVER will I go to tappanhock for blood work again she was awful.

At my last visit she did not take my identification to look me up but when I gave her my full name she finally found the orders. Today I went after receiving an email from my doctor ONE MONTH AGO AND AGAIN LAST WEEK that he placed orders in Labcorp. Again, this phlebotomist could not find the orders so I could not get my lab work. SHE IS INCREDIBLY RUDE!!!! What a horrible horrible horrible experience. A disaster.

The most disrespectful woman working there I have ever met. Worst customer service I have ever seen, once she decides to come to the front desk. Was turned away because I had a baby with me. Save your self the trip and go to Mechanicsville. You will thank me later. This woman doesn't deserve a job.

I have been waiting in the parking lot since 7:30 AM. It is now 7:50..........still not open. Great job LabCorp. Update: waited until 9 AM still not open I guess when you’re the only lab in the area you do what you want no matter what your signs and ads say your hours are.

Poorest customer service ever! I was first there this morning about 930 there was a line of 4 people ahead of me. The first elderly lady didn’t know how to use the kiosk and the girl at the front desk left her and said she would be back. I was waiting at least 10 minutes and she never came back so I decided to help her. I came back in the afternoon because of the big line and got there at 3:02 the girl behind the counter decided to tell me they weren’t doing anymore drug testing after 3 o’clock and I thought it was till 330 which she corrected me and said it was 3 o’clock! when I walked out the door it was 302 exactly! You can take someone who helped your clients earlier. Terrible Customer service and I was only two minutes late. It took me too minutes to park and get to the front door! Worst customer service ever! you close at 3:30 it would’ve only taken five minutes to do the drug testing Ridiculous
