I like this pharmacy. Sure, they can get really busy and behind and the wait in line can get pretty long, but what matters (to me anyway) is the staff. They are friendly, helpful and answer all my questions about mine and my family's prescriptions without an attitude. Id rather have a longer wait at a friendlier pharmacy any day. :)

I have had long wait times (20 min for same-day, drop off prescriptions); however, for the most part this pharmacy is very good. The people are nice & things are not so bad that you have to ask for the same thing over and over again. I have had much worse.

You will almost always 15+ mins for anything here. Refill through the app and only wait once. They have peak days and times, like 4-6pm and the beginning of the month. If you can avoid these times with your refills it may help. With limited pharmacy options around, they are always busy and I have only ever seen one woman working pick ups (and bless her heart she isn't the fastest). Don't expect warm and fuzzy touches here, they are all business. There are usually 4 or so people working on filling prescriptions, doing pick up consultations, and answering the phone. I have never called to speak with anyone here, but don't think they are the most patient just hearing phone calls.

This place is the absolute worse. My son went to the dr at 9:30 and I called at 11 and she told me that there were 60 orders ahead of my son. The pharmacist wasn’t nice either. I don’t come here often but I was sick with the flu so I decided to come since it was closer but I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Pharmacy opens at 9 its ten after just getting the register open. Why wouldn't they have that here and ready by 9. When they open.

Exceptionally long wait times - a 20 minute wait is fast service in their book. 30 or more minutes seems to be the norm. Confusion reins throughout the organization. There will be four or five people at the front counter, but typically only one is waiting on customers, and she is slower than Moses ever was.

I then frustratedly went and killed about 25 mins of MY time giving them ample amount of time to finish the order. When I returned the same woman told me it's going to be a few more minutes. I ended up getting my prescription at 6:45. This woman never said sorry for your wait, we appreciate your patience, thank you, NOTHING! Plan to wait & deal with horrible customer service. The employees who help the customers in getting their perscriptions need a serious education on time management & customer service skills! Avoid this place at all costs!

The associates that work in the pharmacy have been very good and helpful whenever I have had the chance to use it. They do a lot of searching to get me the best price on my prescriptions and filled them in time they have told me. Thank you tappahannock Walmart Pharmacy.
