Ive been a long time client of H&R Block. That being said, Getting my taxes done at H&R Block Tappahanock will NEVER happen again. I arrived a little early for my appointment and didnt get to see someone until well after my scheduled time. Then the much older gentleman started a new tax account with the IRS and jacked us up for getting it resolved. It was put under my wifes ssn. All previous years were under mine. I have since had to endure the hours long hold for an IRS representative a grand total of 6 times and have paid my taxes in full. Because of this Social security number getting jacked up... they are still showing we owe for 2020. Done with H&R Block. Tried calling Block and left messages and still no return call. Bye Bye H&R Block.

This is a place I (USE) to do my taxes and I was in a hurry one day and stopped by because my 4 year old had to have a quick restroom stop...lady walked my daughter all the way to the damn bathroom just for the boss to say my 4 year old cannot use it! The hell with h&r block!!!!!!!!!! Smh a four year old ? Really?
