I work 3 min away @ waverly health n rehab… I tried this Resterant over 3 diff . Times to give them a chance…the food by far was the worse I ever EVER ATE, I really do be very hungry on my break,,,,, but PLEASE BELIEVE ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!$$!! , McDonald food taste a whole hella lot better and is across the street,,,,, AND WAY YYYYYYYYYY CHEAPER,, And taste A LOT BETTER,,,,, um sorry!

Pizza is good, that should be the primary offering at this restaurant, the multiple page menu offers choices of Italian food, pizza as well as several Mexican food options, as a parent I appreciate the plethora of choices but I think they should narrow their menu down to one cuisine. Servers were overwhelmed by the large crowds that rambled in and they were short staffed I’m sure service is much better under normal circumstances.

They've just opened in the old Tavern building in Waverly. The service was ok. Not the best. Our waiter didn't check us for drink refills...the hostess actually refilled us. It took forever to get our orders. Salads and a special. I think their business is mostly take out. The phone rang off the hook the entire visit. The salad was good but the special was hamburger steak, which was a flat hamburger pattie swimming in gravy...it didn't arrive til 10 minutes after the salads. We didn't complain because I'm sure it's an adjustment moving into the building...and they may have employee issues...or a lack of them. They may improve in time. Until then it's a 3.

Went in with high hopes for a great meal customer service super friendly. Lets head outside to back of building just looking at that almost changed my mind about dinning there,exterior could use some up grades and flowers.now the food im disappointed in the bitter taste of the eggplant it was over food sauce was lackluster barley rating high school cafe levels not to be critical but coiks make the restuarant didn't feel the love from the cook goodluck check the pinos in Franklin or maybe share there cook to train yours

I've been patronizing this location for as long as it's been there and their quality of food has only gotten better! The management are good people trying to make a small business work and they deserve everyone's patronage. The staff, at times, are overwhelmed just like every where else so be patient. We all need a break, right 🙂 I look forward to the future of this place!!!

We LOVE coming here when Rigo is serving. Unfortunately the other lady server is very argumentative and not very friendly or helpful (one time even argued that there wasn't onion in my food when I mentioned at the beginning of my visit I was allergic to onions and was showing her the onions). They also often falsely advertise specials. Food is the only reason we come but be sure to only dine in if he's serving! The other staff are quick to throw each other under the bus. Also I made a comment I would rather pay regular price than her special with an upcharge and she responded "well I was trying to be nice and give you the special with only a little upcharge for alfredo sauce"....but that made my bill more than regular price alfredo pasta and she clearly knew that 🤣. We used to come here all the time but stopped for the most part because of the rest of the staff.
