Went to the drive thru yesterday. I was having a bad day and was so sick of waiting, just about to pull away when someone came through the intercom and said "I'm so sorry for the wait! I'll be right with you". I pull around for my coffee and I can see that there is one teenage girl in there doing absolutely everything. She was sweet as could be, and my coffee was delicious! Amazing work ethic by her, but shame on management for putting her in such a position. That young lady deserves better

So it shouldn’t take 45mins to get a coffee. I went inside today at 11:45 and didn’t leave until 12:20. I ordered one coffee and it was made horribly and wrong. The guy taking orders inside was really sweet and trying his best but he needed training and the lady who was supposed to be doing that wasn’t. The other girl was a trainee as well and she didn’t know how to do anything, not even find the vanilla syrup which was in plane sight. The lady who was able to do everything (the trained one) wasn’t helping the trainees and only focused on the drive threw. She was hateful towards the trainees and while I don’t fought the trainees because they were just trying their best without proper training, it still was a mess. There were at least 10 of us waiting in line for 45-1 hour. They need to train people before throwing them in the line of fire and the trainer should do a better job. She didn’t even care about any of us in the lobby. It was a waste of my time and money.

I absolutely LOVE the team here. Jessica who is a manager is fabulous! This team works very hard to make sure customers have what they ordered. They also work hard in general! There have been times when the line of cars have been wrapped around the building and there are only 2 girls in there rocking and rolling getting drinks and food prepared! They are amazing!

I purchased an iced coffee with no ice (You get stronger coffee this way). I also ordered some of their new omlette bites. The coffee was good, and the food was pretty good. I would like the portion size to be a little more for the cost of the food items. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. They were a little slower than I would like, but for only having one team member doing take out and drive through, I was impressed with their ability to manage it all.

Management is incapable of efficiently running this store even with a full staff in house. You never know when the store is open to accept business anymore and then...waste your valuable time to play guessing games just to go in and have them refuse to serve you unless you have placed a mobile order. So, if you NEED coffee, Sheetz is open for business just a block down.

Service in this part of Virginia is slow at most fast-food restaurants compared to what you get in Northern Virginia or any other metropolitan area (outside of Chick-fill-a) and in this case I literally waited 10 min for a donut and a cup of coffee. YOU SHOULD NEVER run out of coffee and glazed donuts at a coffee and donut shop...or your stay here will be short.
