Great boba & ice cream! Best place here imo. Workers really nice too!

I really enjoy their taro milkshake with boba and the taro rolled ice cream. Best in the area. Unfortunately, employee professionalism and attentiveness to customers leaves much to be desired. Employees priority seems to be socializing with friends rather than focus on the task at hand.

Good boba teas, but idk if it's hard to keep up cleaning after making the treats but it was very dirty in the store. My shoes were sticking to the floor, but it's not going to prevent me from going back. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My kids and I use to LOVE this place when they first opened here in Salem. And it was ran by adults. The one at Tanglewood mall, never an adult to be seen. Always kids. And the past few visits they have been out of something pretty important. Like ice, for instance. And tapioca pearls for the teas. Not once or twice, several. And the kids will tell you they can make them in 30 min. Well, Kelly’s Cafe is about 12 minutes away and they have several more options for their teas. They’ve never told me they’re out of the pearls or ice. And adultier people work there🤷🏼♀️

Definitely my favorite place to get rolled ice cream. Our Customer service was great very friendly and very helpful, like my mom and the boy that she babysits are both lactose intolerant and they helped figure out what we could do for both of them :).

I went there and bought the Champloo milk tea with tapioca and chocolate ice cream with whipped cream, chocolate and strawberry pocky, and cookie dough. I personally didn't enjoy the tea, but the uce cream was the most magnificent I've ever tasted. Even though I didn't like the tea, they deserve the extra money. I one hundred percent recommend this place.

Absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is amazing as well as the menu items. My personal favorite right now is the LMT, but plan to try all items. Simon is the absolute best too! Above and beyond customer service.

I love coming here! They are super nice and the drinks are AMAZING. Definitely recommend trying the cappuccino iced extra sweet! It is BOMB!! Also-if you buy one of their cups (super sturdy & cute) you get a discount on a refill!!! Had to get it!!!

This is a definite dessert stop if your in Roanoke, VA. Finding a Thai rolled ice cream place is few and far between in the US. The ice cream is both delicious, and how they make it is super interesting to watch. The staff is also more than friendly and willing to explain the process. The store is located right inside the Tanglewood Mall entrance off Electric Road. There is plenty of free parking close to the entrance and is also handicapped accessible. The location is spacious and has an eclectic decor. Seating has been removed to promote a more pandemic friendly experience. The in-store menu has more options than are listed on the google maps menu. A "mint everest" and two boba tea's will run you approximately $15. The ice cream is plenty for one, and just right to be shared by two. (The spoons are super cool too, they turn blue when cold in the ice cream) Overall, if your looking to try a new experience with rolled ice cream, you won't regret it and more importantly, you won't break the bank.
