I had an excellent experience working with Rick on having a bunch of items I won at an online auction shipped from Roanoke to San Diego. I won quite a few items (250lbs of stuff!) that cost me a decent amount. Rick went and picked up my items, gave me options for shipping and got the items sent out quickly.
