I went here to eat at 4:45 on Saturday 7/24/2022 and they said they didn’t feel like serving. The employees sat on the curb smoking cigarettes instead. Poor customer service. Employees were VERY rude. I will NEVER return.

We where waiting on a table around 10:30. It was not super busy, but all tables where full. Nobody else was waiting on tables besides us. We went to wait around the table just because and the worker in a very mean and loud tone told us to sit and stay in the waiting seats till it was cleaned. After that she went and laughed about it to the other workers. A terrible experience I will say that!

Waffle House employee lock the door in front of my face and denied to serve me and my friends with no reason. It suppose to be 24 hours thing and I’m very disappointed cz I tried to talk to this young girl who was working their and she did look at me and ignored at the same time. That was very rude of her. Don’t know her name but they need to hire better staff who can at least confront their customers instead of ignoring them and shutting the place down. I attempted to eat here. Friday morning at approx 230am. There were no employees in the store!! Myself and one other customer waited about 15 minutes ( the other customer had already been there 10minutes) and no one was working..it was a little weird, store wide open and no employee in site. Bottom line I was hungry and got no food.

Waited thirty minutes before we got a table. Waited thirty minutes defore ordering. Wouldn't cook fryed eggs. Hashbrowns were over cooked. All these problems are because, of been under staffed. One woman did a double shift and was back to work the next morning. There was only three working. Give them a break. Hire more people. There so understaffed. Each employee is doing a job for two people. You'll going to lose customers 😒 it was a Saturday night. So Bizzy on Friday nights and Saturday.

This is a Five star for the singular guy working on 2/19/2022. He was so nice and was working so hard, it was steady and he kept up with everything. I do worry that the working environment might not be the best, seeing as how they struggle to keep employees sometimes. But to the guy working, had worked from the morning shift through 2 pm when we got there and probably longer, all on his own, you deserved a raise!

We enjoy this waffle house. Even while everybody else was shutting down they continued operating with just one cook and o e wait staff. Even while we were there today that's all they had and they were operating.
