Customer Service awful. Do not answer phone. Would not let women 7.5 months pregnant use restroom, after using ATM. Security Guard rude. Please do not use this bank

One star is to even to high of a rating, more like no stars. The TD location on Meadow St is horrible. Absolutely no customer service, extremely rude manager, had to play 21 questions with them to close an account. Not only that but TD bank is THE WORST bank to bank with. They wack you with outrageous fee's which the lady said every bank does. Funny because the other bank I am with doesn't charge any of the fees that TD does!!! So they also tell you false information! And only some locations have drive up atms. The TD on memorial drive is way more pleasant to deal with.

They not only make you wait outside for so long, but they have horrible customer service. And it’s just not with one person, it’s with everyone standing in line. There rude and they don’t help you solve your problems like other banks. Horrible experience. Never will go again. Sad case.

I lost my credit card, so I went to the bank to close the card and get new one. They did, but said that their printer is broken, so I went to different locations. In Springfield TD Bank said that the account is closed completely and now I have to re apply again for a brand new credit. This can hinder my credit score. TD Bank does not provide qualified training, or its employees don't willing to deeply understand various of the banking procedures.

11/25/2018 Sharen whom has been a delight to have a our families bank teller and her amazing crew members of this Sundays shift . Was such a major help with setting my childrens savings accounts up and helping them begin there journie learning the value of saving . They were a fantastic help and very patient concedering my children and my self had a abundant amount of rolled change . They carefully counted and continued to have a smile on there faces . As sharen ran in to snags with opening accounts she kept her patience and continued to be cheerful . I honestly know my kids are quite the characters and slightly bouncy . And not a dirty look or a attitude from any of her team or her . I really do love my bank and all there help

Came in to open four accounts for a rental property. They stared at me for about 20 seconds like I had ten heads before the girl said “are you guys busy” to the two dudes. Try stared at me for a few seconds before I walked out. I’ll give someone else my business.
