Trashy, ghetto employees with little knowledge of the products they're pushing. You're better off going to a T-Mobile store in a better area further away from Holyoke. Don't let them up-sell you on accessories that are not compatible with your phone, they will neglect to tell you about the 14 day return period and refuse to take the item back. Even though I asked before the initial purchase and called ahead before going to the store to return the item. This store's general unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge wasted a bunch of my time just trying to get something simple like the correct screen protector. ~Jonathan

Best prices for gas all around even for premium. Also unlike Costco where you have to upgrade and pay more to be able to use their gas here at BJs you just need basic. Only complaint is they need to expand to accommodate more cars. ~Elaine

The cashiers at Mobil are friendly and take the the time to listen to the older folks that probably have no one to talk to, they are patient . It’s important to have connections with the costumers ~Angela

It is a low cost grocery store with look alike products as brand names. Bring your own bags and a quarter for the shopping cart. ~Tony

Went to get mulch. The amount available listed on the website did not match the available amount at the physical store. Had to get a different color. Mild disappointment. Otherwise they have what you need as promised. I blame this situation on the fact that the mulch was inexpensive and trying to keep up the numbers on the website in real time is near impossible. Always a great place when you need items for your kitchen or your home or snacks or whatever really quick they have a great selection of products almost everything you could need that they have at a grocery store and their prices are fairly reasonable for a convenience store Love it ~Marc
