Trashy, ghetto employees with little knowledge of the products they're pushing. You're better off going to a T-Mobile store in a better area further away from Holyoke. Don't let them up-sell you on accessories that are not compatible with your phone, they will neglect to tell you about the 14 day return period and refuse to take the item back. Even though I asked before the initial purchase and called ahead before going to the store to return the item. This store's general unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge wasted a bunch of my time just trying to get something simple like the correct screen protector.

I would give them 0 but I can’t this is the worse store, I trade it in made paid off phone that I bought at another store and got an iPhone and they were suppose to give me a credit for it and I was supposed to send the phone by mail cause they did not have the iPhone in stock end of the story they never game me the credit and they said they never received my phone I call them and try to get my phone or the credit and they never respond!! I try talking to so many people and no one responds and they want me to go to back to this store but I live 2 hours away !! T-Mobile = trash 🗑

Horrible manager .... instead of deescalating situations make them worst. Seen the manager being rude to a customer that was misinformed over the phone. Kevin get better customer skills. 15+ years with tmobile and by far the worst experience.

JAY was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to answer all of our questions and easily switched our carrier from Verizon to T-Mobile. T-Mobile is VERY fortunate to have such a wonderful employee working in their Chicopee store.

I've been a tmobile customer for about 12 years now and tonight was the best visit to the chicopee memorial drive store location, than my wife and I have ever had. Ram took care of us, got me a new flip phone ready (were twinning btw) and a watch. Conversations were so not dull at all and he was just all around really fantastic. Good vibes with him. Thank so much for everything ram!!!! 😊

This place sucks! Customer service is trash, i had the chance to work with a disrespectful worker named Saul today! 0 help! No hi no goodbye, barely spoke and gave out info! If any manager sees this please contact me for this disrespectful unhelpful behavior!

Awesome experience. Our customer service representative was Jay in the Chicope, Massachusetts store. He was very helpful and honest. I'm switching from Verizon Wireless due to service problems. Jay took the time to answer all my questions and I didn't feel rushed at all.

I visited on Black Friday of all days lol they were busy as expected the staff was calm and pleasant took names for the waiting list and kept things moving along, I must admit it was all very smooth! We were serviced by Joshua, the guy is fantastic! He knew his products the deals and what was best for our needs, he was friendly ,professional and attentive like we were the only ppl in the room,I was VERY impressed! Thank Josh for the great service and thank you T-mobile for hiring such professionals it was a great experience! And I love my new iphone😊
