My daughter and her friend had manicures done here last weekend. They completely tore and cut my daughter's cuticles, which are still red and swollen. The girls had an appointment time scheduled, what should have taken 90 minutes took 3 hours. They over charged the girls, for what should have cost $45, the girls were charged $70. Worst salon experience ever! Services: Manicures, Pedicures

I came in for a eye brow wax and when I was checking out. There was confusion I pulled out some money and the girl stopped me wanting a 20 dollar tip demanding it. She would not let me leave after I explained. She thought 20 dollars was all for her. She called the owner. The owner said she couldn't speak English and thought it was for her and I owed it to her. She ended up taking more than I tipped her. Watch these women!! I will never return to this establishment after this treatment i was humiliated by this woman with the whole staff around. Most unprofessional indeed.

I will never go to another nail salon to get my nails done again! I had been going to a different shop for several years and was never really wowed by the work. The last time they did such a bad job that I knew I had to find a different place! I did my research and decided to go to #1 nails and I am so happy that I did! My nails look absolutely amazing and I have never left the salon unhappy! My daughter now goes with me and gets her nails done too! Lavina is a true artist and Tony’s pedicures are to die for! I’ve not yet had a pedicure by Tammy (hopefully next time!) but she is so sweet! The salon is clean and serene! You can’t go wrong getting your nails done here!

Excellent service. I went to the highest rated nail salon in Roanoke for an acrylic set and #1 had to fix them. After they fixed them my nails were so pretty and symmetrical, and lasted a really long time. If my new job allowed me to have them this is the only place I would go. My husband also got a pedicure on the same day and said his experience was also excellent. I highly recommend this business to everyone.

Horrible experience! The nail tech cut me on multiple fingers while filing my nails. I told her that she was cutting me and her response was "they are only small cuts". I asked if they could do a cloud design and it ended up looking more like a paw print. Additionally, I asked for my nails to be done in a coffin shape and they ended up looking more round than anything. I will NEVER be back, and anyone who enjoys getting their nails done regularly and quality work should avoid this place as well! Disappointed to say the least.

This place is where you need to go! This is the first place I felt comfortable putting in my feed back about what I want. They are super friendly easy to understand and are great at what they do! She cut my nails and shaped them to exactly what I asked for. They also continuously ask for your input to make sure they are getting it right! It’s amazing and I recommend to all. I usually get anxious when I get my nails done because I always waiting to see what they mess up this time but I was able to enjoy my nails this time around and they just came out better than expected!!!

My nails have never looked better! Lavina, Tammy, and Tony are the kindest, best nail technicians in the area! Customer service is out of this world, and the selection of polish colors is huge! I love this salon!

Honestly the best nail salon i have ever been to! They are all so friendly and DO NOT rush to get you in and out. I got a pedicure, and it was so relaxing! Will definitely be back! I would recommend everyone coming here!
