Food is good, staff is friendly. The line is long, they need dual lines or to tell folks to pull up and take their order out to them, to keep the line moving, like other McDonald's do.

Now your employees claimed they did not have my mobile order which I do not appreciate. I had to pay out of pocket when I had rewards to cover my cost. Not to mention Molly the beetle crawled closer than I’d like her to near my food which she later dropped to the pavement. I feel bad for poor molly and I’d like to speak to the manager of this location regarding her. Please offer me compensation for the beetle and for the app not being accepted.

Lol. This popped up and I couldn't remember why. Not really close to where I live. Met my mom there 2 weeks ago to get my daughter after a church function. Went through the drive thru for ice cream. Was the machine broken? No it wasn't. We got ice cream. 😆

I worked here for 2 days and they have BIG roaches , manager stomped on them and told me to keep handing out the food. Flies everywhere!! Roaches climbing on the walls and this is from employee! Be careful eating here you might have roach eggs in your food

Just awesome! The team were dressed professionally. Extremely polite and friendly, greeting guests immediately. I was given a number, and almost immediately after sitting, my order was delivered to my table. Everything was prepared as requested. This is how a restaurant should operate. My favorite McDonald’s! Obviously great leadership and training. If the employees didn’t park in mobile order parking spaces , and double parked at that , I’d give 5 stars all around . Anytime I’m here at least 2 employees park in the mobile spaces and 1 employee parks at the front door every day .

My wife picked her dinner on her way home. They forgot her nuggets so she drove 10 minutes back to get them. By the time she got home her food was cold. They still forgot her sauce and the Quater Pounder with Cheese was raw inside. Not pink but red. They have a timer and it could not have been used. Reporting incident to Health Department. Blood was actually on the wrapper. Another disappointing visit that resulted in poor customer service, poor food quality and poor management standards.
