Very nasty staff. I was at the register and the credit card jammed or froze.The manager put the blame on me. I was patient for 15 minutes and she went out of her way to be nasty, belligerent and condescending. She had to tell me about the 5 step process. All I wanted to do is pay for my items and leave without having o engage in an argument. What is it with this store? Why are the staff so mean? This is the second occurrence and now I have elected to file suit. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

I love our local store. They almost always have what I need and the prices are good. I bought a metal water bottle for my husband's lunch box yesterday. It was marked $10 but when I went to pay, the cashier said it was marked down to $7.50.

The store always has boxes in the aisles and then gets an attitude when you accidentally knock something over by mistake.. worst dollar general I've had the "pleasure" of buying anything from but trust me, now that I no longer live in Raphine, I no longer have to worry about only having that store to shop in because there are no other options..I shopped there for years only because I had no other choice and I have got several stories of rude workers, a manager with reddish blonde hair (male) hitting on me and making sexual remarks, to another blonde woman accusing me of stealing someone's EBT card..so yeah, trashy store by far! Even though I showed my name on my card and my ID to match!

There's only ever 1 cashier working and they're always so rude and ready to rush you out the door. If the one big guys in there I just turn around and leave.

Today I stopped at the NEW dollar general in stuart draft this evening . I have never seen a store that dirty and disorganized. There were so many empty shelves and nothing was where I was told it would be. Doilies were sitting everywhere piled high with boxes. The girl who was stocking was somewhat nasty to me. This was my first and last visit to that store. The girl at the register was polite and talkative. To be a new store, somebody needs to do a surprise visit.

Just went in to the,greenville location after the young man with red hair and glasses the,cashier was very rude i left . Sad part is all the other dollar generals are nice. They have a sign up saying now hiring I hope they hire someone nice to take his place... If you can't be nice don't work retail.

Some of the staff is very nice. Some not so much. This store is the only store for miles and ok to pick things up, only game in town, so to say. The store is always filled with carts and boxes in the isles. Some you can't get down with a cart. Some employees have an additude because you need help finding something. I will not buy bread here because what ever is sprayed in the store makes the bread smell and taste like it looks. Was in the store today and one of the staff members was quite nasty.
