Generous helpings from a kind and happy staff who were slinging a serious amount of ice cream all day. This place is where childhood memories are made. Plan ahead a get train tickets in advance.

Not clean. Server didn’t care that there was melted ice cream on the counter where customers placed their orders; didn’t clean it up the whole time we were there, even though he wasn’t busy. Floor needed sweeping. Ice cream was fine.

Currently at the park the Christmas Train runs after dark tickets on sale, hot cocoa available. Special Christmas decorations along the way.

It's a Parks Dept Ice Cream shop staffed and probably managed by teenagers, it's perfectly fine for what it is. It's clean, portions are large, Ice Cream is good, service isn't incredible but you will get Ice Cream.

Drove passed this shop and I just had to stop and get some ice cream. Ordered for my favorite ice cream and I was really disappointed. It tasted different compared to how it tastes when I buy from other shops. I tried to ask one of the servers why it tastes weird and I didn't get an answer. He just shrugged.

Awful service. My 3 year old son had to wait for so long time because the guy was forgetting to take the order. they made the other customers first and made us be waiting and waiting. Feel terrible and my little son told me he didn't need it anymore.
